This is my favourite fine dining restaurant in Barcelona. Everything they do is impeccable.

It’s a myth that because they serve you small portions that you don’t get full. Often at these places you even each too much because it’s a few bites of 20 dishes. Here, it was perfect. We left feeling perfectly satisfied.

Each dish had purpose and a new perspective. I like how at Aürt the food is so unexpected but made without too much complication. They invite you to explore ingredients, textures, and aesthetics with each dish. And the wine pairing was a spectacular way to enhance the experience.

The service was immaculate–smooth, calm, and swift. Everyone was kind and personable.

We actually were compensated for the whole menu and wine pairing because they had to move our reservation. It’s crazy amazing how they kept their promise even if in the end they didn’t actually end up rescheduling us. Now THAT is good service. I’m so impressed. We were the only 2 people that night because everyone else had rescheduled and even then they operated the restaurant like any other day without lessening anything from the experience.

This place shows how much value can be created from dedication to their client, their staff, and to the craft of gastronomy.

Exceptional dining experience and team. The attention to detail was above and beyond in every aspect of our meal. Thank you for your hospitality, teaching us about Catalan wines, and pushing us to try innovative food with an emphasis on eliminating waste. 10/10 recommend, look forward to coming back to the new location in the future!

Had an exceptional dining experience at a hidden gem nestled in a hotel lobby in Barcelona. Despite the odd dining location (in the lobby bar area), the outstanding service and overall experience exceeded expectations. The tasting menu, featuring 20 meticulously crafted courses, left me in awe as each dish was explained in intricate detail and all very tasty (none was a miss!!!). The paired wines added another layer to the culinary journey, making it a delightful and educational experience. Awarded a well-deserved 1 Michelin star. Reflecting on this gastronomic adventure, I can confidently say that it stands as one of the best fine dining experiences I’ve had. Should my travels bring me back to Barcelona, revisiting this culinary haven would be a top priority—an unmistakable testament to its allure and the indelible mark it left on my palate and overall dining repertoire. 👩‍🍳🤤🇪🇸

An exceptional dining experience sampling a sequence of outstanding small dishes made of local and exotic ingredients but grown in Catalonia and not imported paired with a selection of local wines  ,every dish is explained by the chef preparing this in front of you. .culinary creativity and techniques paired with sublime aesthetics was applied on every single dish .
