One of the best hotels I've been to. Super friendly staff, good breakfast, near perfect location, rooms are amazingly big, with beds being ultra comfortable, slept really good on the first day, which usually doesn't happen very often.

Only a few minor issues were encountered during my stay. The bathtub in my room 205, had a big gap on the side, and made quite the noise when moving in it.

Perfect location in heart of Malmø. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is a bit worn and so are the rooms, but we didnt mind. One thing that really counted down though was the temperature in the room. Very cold and we both got a cold as a result. Asked the reception to turn the heat up and they also brought a small heater. We had booked the presidential suite so a small heater didnt help much.

The hotel has a certain charm to it. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast however was very disappointing after we came from Scandic 53 in Stockholm. The Cornflakes tasted like they have been sitting in the container for several years. There is very little fruit on offer. The staff do the best they can though, and they are very welcoming.

The rooms are of a good size and are comfortable.

The room is so dated it’s embarrassing. The bed was worse then my sofa bed at home, there is no spring left and it feels musky and old. The same goes for pillows (lumpy, worn, old) and towels (harsh, tiny, worn). Shower smelled moldy, floors so scuffed they need a lot of work sanding down. It’s simply not up to par even for Scandic standards especially with this location. Kramer is a no-go for me in the future. (service was good, but just one person prime time in the evening made it impossible for him to keep up)

Don't stay here, at least not in the summer.  The rooms have no AC and the hotel doesn't even have fans to lend out. Opening the windows can help but then you'll be woken up at 6am by the construction/traffic/garbage.

The decor is lovely (if a bit shabby) but the facilities (especially the beds) look and feel like they haven't been updated in decades.

The bar knows how to make a few sugary premixed drinks but not bar standards. Breakfast is pretty good, though below average for a Scandic.

Staff were nice. Room came with a nice gift bag for our dog. Location is excellent.
