The most value for money hotel in Stockholm.
It is located just next to the central railway station and every transportation including from/to the airport is a piece of cake.
The rooms are nice and have great view especially if you choose to look at the side of the town hall. I would prefer normal  wardrobe and not this open view one.
The service is very friendly and helpful in any request.
I recommend it.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their dedication to customer service truly enhances the overall experience.

The rooms themselves were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful waterfront view, which added a serene touch to my stay. It was a pleasure to wake up to such a picturesque scene every morning.

As for dining, the food offered at the hotel was quite good. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, I found the options to be delicious and satisfying.

We had a great stay here.
The member of staff working in reception was very friendly and was able to check us into our room early.
The room was a good size and clean.  The bed was comfortable and a good size.
The whole stay was excellent, there was nothing to fault at all.
The hotel's proximity to central station was a massive convenience as well.
Would definitely stay here again.

Gigi at reception was so friendly when we checked in. When she noted our baggage had been delayed by the airline, she immediately offered her help. After we settled into our room, she even called to check if we needed anything else, which was very thoughtful.
The reception team also helped by keeping our baggage safe when it was delivered to the hotel.
Thank you, Gigi, and the entire team for making my trip more comfortable despite the inconvenience.

Nicely renovated hotel with fast elevators, friendly and responsive staff, and an excellent location. The highlight was the breakfast, which had an extensive selection of fresh and delicious foods which were constantly replenished. There were numerous seating options as well, and we really enjoyed the whole experience.

We had a superior lake view room, but on the lowest possible floor for that category. As such, we did not have the floor-to-ceiling windows shown in the photos, but we were very satisfied with the room nonetheless. When we requested extra pillows, they were delivered quickly, and the room was always cleaned spotlessly. The air conditioning was very weak, but we could open a vent "window" to help cool the room at night.

We would definitely return to this hotel.
