I stumbled upon this gem by accident, and luckily, I was able to snag a reservation for the evening. From start to finish, the experience was phenomenal. The food was beyond incredible—Chef Ibrahim’s mastery elevated the ramen to a whole new level, surpassing even the many bowls I’ve enjoyed in Japan. And Arman’s warm hospitality made the atmosphere just as exceptional as the food. This place is a 100,000 out of 10, and worth every penny. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I'm not sure where to begin—whether it's with Chef Ibrahim's incredible culinary skills, Arman's warm hospitality, or the overall welcoming atmosphere. The experience was nothing short of exceptional, easily a 100,000 out of 10! I’ll definitely be returning.

A magic spot :) 3x4m2 3 tables , kitchen is 1,5m from u, 3 person serv You, chef is a King:), food- beside one small detail amazing, service - scary but profesional, climat - a bit mystic, u feel like u sit in the closet but is worth a visit 🙏🏻

This restaurant was the gem of our Istanbul vacation! After enjoying 3 courses I was shocked to hear they don’t have a Michelin Star. They should!! The daily hand-written menu feature some of the most delicious food I have ever eaten.
