Great fun but also interesting and plenty of things to learn. Wheelchair access is excellent and the staff are very helpful with information as well as accommodating a free carer pass. We didn’t book in advance and despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon, we got in within 10 minutes. Plenty of fun photo ops!

Came here yesterday and I must say this was such a cool experience! We came late and the lady was very accommodating and allowed us to still have the immersive experience. There are bathrooms, lockers and a cloak room to put your belongings in as it is a walk around. Everything was so interesting, was not overly packed for a Saturday. I love the theme and I would say if you go, go with a friend. Loads of photo opportunities. The whole walk around was about an hour and a half. They have a venting machine for snacks and drinks so I would say bring some water as you’ll definitely get thirsty completing the activities. This is kid friendly and I believe all age groups are able to enjoy this!

I really enjoyed the experience. Dissimilar to other illusion museum experiences, Twist was quite open, not very crowded, so there was no rush, leaving you to properly enjoy each of the different areas. The different rooms, with angled floors and such were really fun, offering an interactive experience, and the more display-like illusions were interesting, and offered background information, explaining what is actually happening, which I personally liked. The entire museum is of good length, not too long not too short; keeping you engaged the entire time. Truthfully, my only complaint is that the entry prices are somewhat high, even for children.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I booked this for the family but I was pleasantly surprised!  A great collection of illusions that you can actually step into or use which was great and the kids found everything really interesting.

We came here just before our restaurant booking and I'd recommend the Twist Museum if you're looking to do something different to make your afternoon.

It was my first visit to the Twist museum and my second visit to an illusion museum overall.

I was worried the museum might be on the small side and the visit would be done in minutes, but we easily spent an hour without rushing.

Unlike the museum I visited previously, the experience was very different. The Twist museum had a lot more illusions on display but did lack the interactive aspect of it. I wish they added more fun experiences to take memorable pictures, but it was somewhat limited. Also the instructions weren’t always clear/no clear indication on where to stand/sit to take the best picture.

Lastly, as it’s becoming usual with London, the price was a bit on the higher end.

Overall we had a good time but it’s not a place I’ll be going back to.

Note: I found the free lockers onsite to be surprising but extremely useful.
