We stayed here the night after our Marylebone Town Hall marriage, and it definitely lived up to the hype! It’s hard to overstate how beautifully this hotel is designed, each and every detail is thought of and made to be beautiful - down to the tiny branded cables they wrap up your phone wires with. We had a small dinner at Dear Jackie and drinks at the bar upstairs, and we had the most magical night. Dear Jackie has such romantic interiors and delicious food. The only small downside was a bit of lack of communication between staff - the reception hadn’t been told to expect the cake we had delivered, and there was confusion with our booking times. But overall, so beautiful and the perfect stay. The front desk and bell hop staff are also so incredibly fun and friendly, which is a lovely cherry on top!

We had the most amazing stay at Broadwick Soho last week. The service is absolutely outstanding all-around. The concierge, front desk, and bellman (special shout out to Daniel) go out of their way to ensure you have the most amazing stay. They said when we arrived that their goal is to create an intimate feel that makes guests feel like family, and that is exactly how we felt. The facilities are new, well built, and the design elements are fabulous. The location is amazing and you are right in the center of all the action in Soho, however, when you get up to your room and are trying to sleep you cant hear ANY street noise (I dont know how they do it!). We can't wait to come back!!!

Jewel box pretty rooms with no expense spared on each and every fitting. Everything from the drapery, mirrors and light fittings are beyond anything I've seen in any hotel room boutique or otherwise. Do note though, that the entry level rooms are compact but not the smallest I've stayed in, in a big city. The staff are welcoming, breakfast is delicious, and we really enjoyed our visit to flute, the bar on the top floor.  The location in London's Soho is great and we loved the intimate nature of this boutique hotel over a large impersonal chain hotel.

The weather was dreadful and so we were lucky that the staff at The Broadwick brought sun to our stay. From the desk staff to door team , Concierge and all the lovely eating and relaxation areas the staff were all lovely. The hotel itself is in an ideal location and the decor is perfectly thought out , bedrooms nice but as one would expect in a Boutique style hotel , quite small. Breakfast was delicious too . I do like a good moan but sadly i cannot think of anything to moan about. Looking forward to seeing them all again soon.

Came for Christmas Eve and stayed until Boxing Day and it was lovely! The service and food was excellent, but it's the tiny details, the thought and care, that really stood out. Plates of cookies and carrots for Santa and his reindeer outside each room with children, and a beautiful filled stocking hung on each bedroom door was really sweet   The bed is so comfy, and the rooms are so quiet, the shower is fantastic, and no plastic toiletries in sight!  Thanks to the fabulous team for looking after us so well! We'll be back
