I recently dined at Dil Se Restaurant in Toronto, and I am beyond impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the owner, Mani, who immediately made us feel like family. His genuine passion for the food and hospitality was evident throughout the evening.

The staff at Dil Se are exceptional—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to explain the dishes and offered great recommendations. The service was quick but unhurried, allowing us to enjoy each course to the fullest.

Great  Indian restaurant on Roncesvalles!
The food here is amazing! They have a wide variety on the menu and generous portions. Everything is always fresh and full of flavor.

The 5Star Indian restaurant with great foods and fascinating atmosphere.
The employees are extremely respectful and try to do their bests to make your night.

I tried the Butter Chicken and it was great. Also tried Garlic Nan which was really delicious.

They provide different levels of spiciness which mild one was still spicy for me but I enjoyed the night!

Ample parking spaces around the restaurant.

I had Dil Se today and my experience was overall great. The restaurant is very neat and cozy. I ordered pick up through uber eats and ordered a chicken biryani, butter chicken, two garlic naans, and then ordered an additional plain naan. I asked the girl in the front if I can eat my uber eats order inside the restaurant and she was very accommodating.

The chicken biryani was amazing. Really good portion for the price (about $17 on UE) and was full with chicken. All the food came piping hot and was very flavourful. The spice was a bit lacking but that’s probably because I didn’t specify what spice I wanted.

The butter chicken (about $16 aswell) however was a tad bit disappointing. Although it was packed with chicken and the portion was massive it was too tomato heavy and could’ve used a good amount of cream to lighten it up. It was tasty however it could’ve very easily been really amazing if it wasn’t for that which is unfortunate.

The service gets full stars. Super awesome. The food would’ve received full stars as well if it wasn’t for the butter chicken so I’d have to give it a 4/5. The restaurant was very clean and even the washrooms were spotless. There is a bar downstairs it seemed like. The food however is 100% halal and they are Michelin recognized.

Overall I’m for sure coming here again to try other menu items.

Flavourful, delicious food, and a great experience! We got the samosa chaat, lamb biryani, butter chicken, and the chef's special naan (which has fennel feeds, onion seeds, and coriander). I would recommend all of these, esp the samosa chaat. Our server, Manpreet, was very knowledgeable, warm, and efficient.

I could see the attention to details from the chef in the food, and in the elevated and clean interior. Give this place a try!
