Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills was exceptional from start to finish. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a junior suite, which was spacious, luxurious, and had stunning views. The attention to detail in the room’s design and amenities was incredible, and it truly felt like a five-star experience.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to all our needs with professionalism and warmth. The location is perfect, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is unmatched. Whether it was dining, relaxing, or simply enjoying the suite, everything was flawless.

During the trip request process, the concierge left a reminder about tipping the car service. Absolutely/there would be no reason not to tip the car service? The comment felt out of place. That and the 2 (seemingly) grumpy door men, & having to call the front desk 3 times to request a toiletry item. Anyone can create nice rooms. But here, I felt a lack of professionalism and warmth from the staff in comparison to what is provided at other hotels in SoCal.

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided impeccable service, making me feel like a VIP every step of the way.

The room was beautifully designed, with luxurious touches throughout, a stunning marble bathroom, and a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the city. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure maximum comfort and elegance.

One of the highlights of my stay was that the Phoenix Suns were in town, and I had the incredible opportunity to meet Kevin Durant right in the lobby of the hotel! It was such an unforgettable moment.

Dining in the hotel for breakfast was another standout experience—the food was exceptional, and the service was flawless.

The location couldn’t be better, with Rodeo Drive and some of the city’s best shopping and dining just steps away.

I can’t recommend the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills enough. This hotel truly defines luxury hospitality, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills—this is how it’s done.

Easily my favorite hotel, and for good reason. Started off in a villa with a terrace, which was already unreal private, spacious, exactly what you’d expect from a place operating at this level. But then, I took it up a notch moved to the Presidential Suite, the biggest they have. And let me tell you, worth every penny.

The attention to detail, the service, the way everything just runs effortlessly it’s next level. The kind of luxury that doesn’t need to try hard because it already knows what it is. Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills isn’t just a stay, it’s an experience. If you know, you know.

This property is amazing. Such great location. The rooftop patio is one of a kind. Everything we ate and drank was delicious. The staff were all incredible but Jennifer at reception was especially helpful. Also, the house car is such a cool experience! We will definitely be back!
