Came on a weeknight for dinner and were lucky to get a table right away. We got the Smoked Pork Ramen and the Garlic Chicken Ramen. The smoked chashu pork was so tender and so flavourful. I wouldn’t say that it’s completely authentic Japanese ramen, but more of a fusion-style ramen. Still delicious nevertheless. The restaurant can get quite loud when it’s full, especially considering that half of the seating is a long communal table. The chairs were kind of uncomfortable and there wasn’t anywhere to place our coats. There were hooks for our bags, but it would be nice if they had a clothes hanger now that it’s almost winter.

Great service and staff! The food is amazing. We were a group of 4 and had the fried chicken special. It was awesome and tons of food! The pork belly buns were delicious as appetizers as well as the roasted asparagus! The whole experience was fantastic!

We had a fantastic time celebrating my friend's birthday at Momofuku for the suckling pig dinner. From the warm and friendly ambiance to the exceptional service provided by Dom and the crew, every part of the experience was truly memorable. Our server expertly guided us through the menu, and the suckling pig was the highlight of the evening with its crispy skin and tender, flavorful meat. The attention to detail, including a surprise dessert for the birthday girl, made the evening special. Overall, Momofuku provided an unforgettable dining experience! We will definitely be back for other special occasions and regular dining.

Delicious food with a busy and lively atmosphere.  We were sat at the bar and our server was really friendly and despite the restaurant being full he was very attentive and very quick.  We ordered the spicy tuna, which was actually a bit spicy and really delicious, the smoked wings, the brussel sprouts, which, and I mean this is the best way possible, tasted like a big mac, a chicken and a pork ramen.  The egg in the ramen was perfect and the chicken broth was amazing.  It was really busy for dinner on Wednesday night so I would recommend booking.

Great bowl of noodles even when compared to those you get in Japan. The pork belly is soft and flavorful. Order a side of the chili crunch and that goes really well with the noodles. Staff are really friendly and will let you know what the daily specials are. The standard items on the menu are very good and you should give those a try first.

Denna plats var verkligen trångt och buzzy när jag kom. Jag pratade med en tysk tjej i bardisken och hon provade också stället för första gången. 

Maten: 

Till att börja med åt jag en ”off the menu aptitretare” av stekta kammusslor med ”grapefrukt”, jalapeño, vinägrett och koriander. Den såg ganska fin ut och var jättegod, förutom att den var lite för kryddig, även för mig. 

De rostade shitakebullarna var stekta shiitakesvampar med hoisinsås och gurkskivor i två ”baos”/mjuka kinesiska bullar. Yum. 

Till huvudrätt hade jag Rökt fläskramen. Nudlarna var goda, men inte de bästa jag ätit. De kunde ha varit lite tjockare, fastare och fjädrande, med lite mer bett. Fläskmagen var fet, saftig och god, och passade bra till det pocherade ägget. Jag visste att buljongen skulle vara supernärande, så jag drack upp allt. Jag tyckte dock ärligt talat att smaken var lite för stark. (Tysk flicka höll med mig. ) 

Personal och service: 

Servicen var något ojämn. Välkomnandet var varmt men matgästerna fick vänta en ansenlig tid för att beställa och sedan serveras. Personalen verkade för upptagen och distraherad. Min server var dock en trevlig kille från Dominikanska republiken och han försökte ha lite konversation mellan rätter. 

Sammantaget är det okej för en snabb eller avslappnad måltid.

Momofuku Noodle Bar är extremt populär, så mycket att under rusningstid få en promenad - i säte är nästan omöjligt. Även med en reservation, är platsen så populär att om ditt parti inte alla är närvarande, kommer du inte sitta. Menyn är liten och fokuserad, och nudlarna är goda. Det är mycket prisvärt för kvaliteten på matlagningen, och det är roligt att sitta vid köket medan du tittar på när alla förbereder och smakar provrätter. Jag tycker att kyckling - baserade buljonger är bättre att dricka, men fläskmagen som Momofuku gör är verkligen exceptionell. Du kan inte få båda i samma skål. Portioner är hyfsat stora.

Jag vet att allt är bra här, men jag kan helt enkelt inte komma förbi att beställa ramen på varje besök lol!

Nudlarna och innehållet är fantastiskt. 
Stor skål full av godsaker. Svårt att avsluta på en gång, men gör det! 

Fläskmagen är min favorit.

Två av oss med reservation. Fick en vänlig hälsning och omedelbar sittplats i en livlig hipp matsal. Har möjlighet till bar eller delat bord. Servern var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. De hade en speciell "Crispy Chicken" som var en hel kyckling stekt och delad över lite grönt och sås (tyvärr inte mer detaljerad än tat). Vi beställde också kryddig svamp Ramen och Extra kryddig tonfisk Hand Roll. Så för oss kycklingen och Ramen var en miss. Det fanns en bitterhet till kycklingen som var oväntad och definitivt inte gratis. Den Spicy Mushroom buljong var också en miss bara försöker för hårt och "i ansiktet" (inte för kryddig men bara för många smaker och påminner om en över - saltad förrätt) . Hand Roll var trevligt. Kocken David Chang har fått betydande ryktbarhet och beröm. Jag hoppas att detta bara var en "dålig natt för köket" och inte en glidning i produktkvalitet som bygger på rykte. Men återigen. . . . . fantastisk personal och miljö!

Denna plats är den ursprungliga restaurangen under kocken David Chang som har framträtt som en ledande röst i den amerikanska kulinariska världen. Det var en trendsättare: inga dukar, begränsad meny, avslappnad / enkel inredning, och inga kinkiga presentationer. Det finns mycket goda grönsaksrätter som kryddig ingefära scallion ramen nudlar, shiitake bullar, kryddig svamp ramen tillsammans med kött och fisk ramen och bullar. Beläget i East Village på 1 gata avenue mellan 10th och 11th Streets. Mycket nära Venerio italienska bakverk, en New York institution för italienska kakor och desserter.

Detta omdöme är för Columbus avenue plats. Min fru och jag åt middag på Momofuku igår kväll. Vi hade en 5 : 00 reservation och gick uptown efter att ha sett en Broadway show. Om du inte har en bokning, rekommenderar jag att komma när det öppnar kl 5 : 00 eftersom det var lång väntetid vid 5 : 30 . Servicen var vänlig och uppmärksam och priserna är i mitten - intervallet. Vi delade en beställning av räkbullar, jag hade fläskramen som hade 1,5 tum tjocka remsor av fläsk, och min fru hade en ingefära nudelrätt. Maten var mycket välsmakande och jag rekommenderar starkt att gå dit.

Vilken otroligt god Ramen nudelrätt och bao bao bullar. Personalen var mycket vänlig och vi hade en rolig inlagd vodkacocktail med dill. Kycklingramenrätten, svampbullarna var alla mycket mättande och läckra. Gör en bokning eftersom det är en mindre restaurang. Vi åkte på en onsdag kväll och glad att vi gjorde en bokning.

Gick med vänner på en födelsedagsmiddag. Vi kom dit troligen 30 minuter innan de öppnade och en liten linje hade redan bildats, men vi fick en tabell direkt som var bra. Tjänsten var trevlig och snabb. Maten var riktigt bra och jag gillade mycket ramen.

Vi har information om denna restaurang från researrådgivare. Behöver vänta 25 minuter eftersom de inte verkar acceptera bokningar.

Maten är fantastisk. Vi hade räkor och två olika nudlar. Båda var fantastiska.
Vi hade en öl och ett glas vin som kostade (det lilla glaset) 18 USD. Det är verkligen överdrivet jämfört med maten. Jag vet inte om det är ett politiskt val men det är verkligen för mycket.

Efter att ha sett alla David Changs program på Netflix och YouTube och läst fantastiska recensioner av hans restauranger, var Noodle Bar ett måste under min korta resa till NYC.

Det finns inga reservationer tillgängliga på MNB om du inte beställer den speciella grupp stekt kycklingmiddagar som måste beställas minst en dag i förväg tror jag. Min flickvän och jag trodde att 2115 på en torsdag skulle vara relativt tyst men när vi anlände var det fortfarande full med en kö ut genom dörren. Vi satte ner våra namn med värdinna som sa till oss att det skulle vara en 30-40 minut för bordet och vi borde vänta utanför. Men vi kunde inte ta en drink i baren bredvid för om hon kom utanför och vi inte var där skulle vi tappa platsen. Det fanns inget barområde inuti att vänta på antingen och ta en drink. Jag tror att alla dessa platser som inte låter dig boka eller vänta inuti borde minst kunna sms till dig för att säga att ditt bord är klart om 5 minuter. Jag var glad att vänta ute en liten stund eftersom vädret var ok (väntan var närmare 15 - 20, minuter när borden vände sig mycket snabbt) men om det var mitt på vintern eller regnar, vad ska du do?

Hur som helst, maten är det som är viktigt och maten var fantastisk. Jag beställde mer än jag normalt skulle när jag besökte från London och ville prova många olika rätter från menyn. Först hade vi fläskköttbullar. Dessa var riktigt läckra, den mjuka bunen med de krispiga men ömma skivorna av fläskmage med scallion för att skära igenom fettet. Verkligen riktigt välsmakande. Därefter kom de rökt kycklingvingarna. Återigen superläckra vingar med tydlig smokey-smak plus en rik umami från fisksåsen (tror jag) i glasuren. Den torra åldriga nötkött- och ostbulle var dock vinnaren för mig. Det smakade lite som en nötkött kyckling Kiev, som låter konstigt men faktiskt var väldigt väldigt läckert, det var så fullt av smak.

För huvudrätten hade jag bräserad oxsvans som kom med ris och äggula. Oxstjärnan var utmärkt, bräddningsbuljongen var så välsmakande, varm, syrlig och salt med en riktig punch av nötkött från oxens svans. Jag föredrar att när de större bitarna med oxstången skärs upp på en bandsåg, är det lättare att äta och de mindre bitarna blir mer ömma än de gigantiska hela avsnitten. Riset var inte enligt min smak eftersom det hade tang blandat med det. Jag tyckte att tång över drev smaken på allt annat och därför förstörde oxstången något. Jag var så full av alla aptitretare att det spelade ingen roll att jag inte ät riset.

Sammantaget var upplevelsen utmärkt eftersom maten var utmärkt. Så länge du är beredd på en väntan, speciellt vid höga tider eller helgen, blir du inte besviken. Personalen var fantastisk och det var en upptagen rolig atmosfär jag är restaurangen. Jag skulle definitivt rekommendera Momofuku Noodle Bar

Vi åkte till den nyöppnade platsen (ett år) i Time - Warner Building. Det var bäst. Inga reservationer men du ger värdinna din cell # och sedan shoppar du in
butikerna i byggnaden. Värdinna kommer att SMSa dig när det finns en tabell åt dig. Detta
platsen är så cool och en sådan varm plats för maten. Vi hade ingefära scallion nudlar och kryddig räkor bröd (bullar) och fantastiska grillade morötter som var en höjdpunkt. Vi måste gå tillbaka och prova Ramensoppan och få fler av dessa morötter! ! ! !

Momofuku var överst på mina NYC matställen för att prova och när vi råkar gå förbi det såg jag det som ett tecken och vi gick snabbt in.

Restaurangens inredning och stil är mycket minimal och ren, cool specialbräda och exponerat kök så att du kan se och höra allt som händer.

Vi beställde vår mat, medan min telefon laddades i närheten och vi smuttade på det bottenlösa $ 1 filtrerade vatten de erbjuder. Maten blåste i våra sinnen, såg ut så enkel och fräsch, men wow smaker och smakkombinationer var till skillnad från något jag någonsin har haft förut!

Tjänsten var stor och hela upplevelsen en hit! Kan inte vänta med att återvända vid mitt nästa besök!

Vi beställde ramen och nudlar och de var båda läckra. Detta var definitivt bland den bästa maten jag försökte under mitt senaste besök i NYC.

maten är här så noggrant förberedd som när jag senast kom för 7 år sedan. Bullar, ramens och specialerbjudanden var alla sublima. Personalen är väldigt cool, inga problem att ta med dina barn. Och glöm inte att du kan ta med din egen flaska vin för 20 € corkage vilket är ett enormt plus. Deras ölval är toppklass. Du kan ha en världsklass nudelskål plus ett vin / öl för ca 20 € - det måste vara fantastiskt värde! Gå efter 14 h 00 vardagar för att undvika en kö.

Varje gång jag kommer till NYC stoppar vi vid Momofuko Noodle Bar för att ta en fantastisk ramen soppa, på det här stället hittade jag de bästa. En är stor nog för att uppfylla vår mage.

Mycket upptagen plats, brukade vara vanligt att vänta på sitt, men mycket dynamiskt väntetiden är inte lång.

Du kan antingen sitta vid det långa barbordet eller dela stora bord inuti, liten plats som gör en trevlig upplevelse.
