Can’t recommend this one enough. Everything is outstanding. The quality of the food, the flavors, the impeccable service (yet friendly). The wine program is amazing too. One of the few restaurants that you really really should do the wine pairing, genius and constantly innovating. The non-alcoholic wine pairing is actually exceptional too. Every person I’ve recommended this place to has LOVED it.

My wife and I celebrated our second anniversary here at bōm’s chefs table. This was a spectacular fine dining experience with some of the best tasting menus I’ve ever hard. My wife was well accommodated since she does not eat fish. The servers were the best of the best, and it was incredible to watch the chefs in action. We were gifted with a take away item and delicious cocktails. Menu does change, the menu we had was from April 2024. Absolutely delicious.

Bom was in fact bomb. I would say this is one of the more “mature” tasting restaurants idk how else to put it. Dishes are pretty traditionally fancy with fresh high end ingredients. The meat centric dishes r not repetitive because each plate of beef is a different kind of fattiness and tenderness. Caviar and dry aged tenderloin might be the ceiling of all steak I’ve ever eaten the uni pairing too is so unique with sight sweetness of uni and saltiness of the tenderloin. This dish was actually heaven on earth I’m speechless. The beef in the soup quite literally melted in your mouth. Incredible dinning experience. Service was amazing: they were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions and were very understanding about my situation with reservations. The ambience is exquisite: you get to see the chef prepare the dishes and cook the meat in front of you. It’s also behind oiji mi which really gives it a speakeasy vibe. It was an amazing late Father’s Day celebration!

A top tier elevated Korean dining experience, arguably better than Jua.

The service and food was all top tier. The General Manager Ryan did a great job with the experience, service, and atmosphere. We had a minor scheduling mishap but Ryan went above and beyond to resolve it.

The tasting menu started off with seafood before venturing off into red meat. Each dish was unique and delicious, with the galbi being a particular highlight. The drink pairings (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) complemented the dishes really well, and the non-alcoholic pairing was one we’d recommend everyone to get.

Overall, a fabulous experience from the service to the ambiance to the food. Would definitely come back and will be telling all our friends about this place!

Really great experience - every course was enjoyable. And some were just incredible.

I don't want to spoil the experience - but if you want to switch up your fine dining romps (and don't mind the big bills that accompany them) - this goes on your list.

You're brought to a slick chefs table setting in a dedicated room in the back of sister restaurant OijinMi. Seems to seat 15-20 people total.

You're guided through greens, seafood and eventually decadent meats. I left very full.

There is also a surprise supplement of wagyu that was $85 a person. Very tasty and pairs well with the course they serve it with - but it's far from required to enjoy the experience.

Staff are super nice, always friendly, and typically have some fun or interesting things to say about the food and drink.

I opted for the non-alcoholic pairing ($115) and had a lot of great glasses. Some very fun in how stuff too.

You get a list of all food and drinks you had at the end of your dinner which is nice - was a big fan of a cider specifically.

You also get a few tiny treats to take home.

Some minor feedback:

- really limited cocktail menu. Bom is located inside it's sister restaurant that has a great bar. You can't order from it. I had a choice of 3 seemingly pre-made cocktails that started at $25. They were good, but I still just wanted a well made whiskey sour. Beers start around 40, and wine glasses around the same.

- this won't matter to most people, it should not matter to you. But if the head chef reads these: several of my dishes were plated poorly (Caviar fallen over into the broth, some dishes had large portion size differences between me and my wife).  Some of the kitchen staff explanations of courses or ingredients were rushed. Super minor stuff - but these are things you don't see at the 3 stars.

Overall, had an incredible time and I'm looking forward to coming back next season to see what's new.
