The wanton noodles tasted good, and the congee was also enjoyable. I tried the 蝦子撈麵 (shrimp roe noodle), but it wasn’t as delicious as I expected and felt a bit pricey. I also had the boiled fish and pork liver, which were decent.

This is what you call “safe & solid”. It is a dependable place to come. Try any dish and you won’t be disappointed, they execute it really well. I wouldn’t any of the dishes are stand out or special. They do so many dishes it’s hard to specialise. It’s the sort of place to bring visiting family members who want to try a safe version.

Loved the thin and springy texture of their noodles. Dishes we tried were on the salty side. I liked beef brisket noodles the best.
The rice rolls were surprisingly good too.

A nice no-frill restaurant for fast meals when arriving or departing Hong Kong via the airport express. Decent wonton soup noodles and beef brisket noodles.  The XO sauce pan fried rice noodle rolls were great too.  Best to be there when they open around 11am for a more enjoyable experience.
