First of all, we thought the food was very delicious, and the quality of the food was worthy of the price. However, the environment and service did not meet the expected standard. Upon entering, we were seated in front of the grill, where the smoke wasn’t constantly overwhelming but became incredibly dense at intervals. It was so heavy that even the ventilation system couldn’t handle it. At this price point, I find this completely unreasonable—if the restaurant knows that this seat has such issues, they should not arrange for customers to sit there. At the very least, they should inform the customers in advance that there will be significant smoke issues instead of waiting until the customers have arrived and already paid a deposit to let them find out.

Later, a kind Japanese couple sitting nearby switched seats with us—we are truly grateful for their generosity. 🙏 However, I still believe the restaurant’s design does not justify the price (14,000 yen). Even in other seats, the smell of smoke was noticeable.

Furthermore, we entered the restaurant earlier than another pair of guests, but for some reason, their dishes were served first. Even their drinks were taken and served before ours. If there was a specific reason, it should have been communicated to us; otherwise, this was unreasonable.

後來隔壁好心的日本人夫婦和我們換了位置 — 真的十分感謝感激🙏。但當然店家的設計我認為是完全對不起這個價位（14000 yen），就算在其他位置也是聞得到煙味。
