I came back earlier to get the brisket before they ran out. It was good. I expected the beef to be a little more tender, but it was still very good. The tendon was very soft  and full of flavor. The sauce was a little too garlicky for me.
Although they are know for their beef brisket, I think I enjoyed their chicken even more. Very tender and seasoned well. The side soup broth is a nice end to the meal.

Favourite beef brisket place!

Have ate here a number of times now.
Standard is consistent. Noodles are always springy with a really delicious sauce. Beef brisket are tender through. So yummy!

Price have increased slightly from $5 to $6.
Stall is located at the green table section in this hug hawker centre.

A stall that touted as offering HKG style noodles that is hard to locate in the huge Chinatown Complex at Smith Street.
The soy sauce chicken and beef brisket noodle are not too bad however not overwhelmingly tasty as some claimed.
If you like beef tendon that is soft and really melt in your mouth, then this is the stall for you.

The Beef Brisket Noodles was so good! The meat was cooked perfectly, the sauce was yum, the noodles had a nice bite to it, the broth that came as a side was comforting and helped cut through the fattiness of the meat. This was a memorable meal.

Please note, this stall is specifically their kitchen. I arrived here and someone nearby kindly took me to the stall where I could order.
