I had an amazing dining experience at The Halia! The food was delightful, bursting with flavors and beautifully presented. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The combination of outstanding cuisine and warm hospitality made it truly memorable not forgetting the nice ambience of nature. I highly recommend The Halia for anyone seeking a warm, yummy and aesthetically pleasing meal!

I recently visited The Halia and had a mixed experience. The ambience was absolutely stunning – a perfect blend of tranquility and elegance, making it a great place to unwind. The drinks were pretty nice, with a refreshing selection that complemented the setting beautifully.

However, the food didn’t quite live up to the same standard. The meat, particularly the ribs, had an unusual flavor, almost like liver, which was a bit off-putting. It wasn’t what I was expecting and unfortunately detracted from the overall dining experience.

While the atmosphere and drinks were enjoyable, the taste of the food didn’t quite match the high expectations set by the venue’s lovely vibe. I’d still recommend The Halia for a drink and the great ambiance, but the food might need some improvement.

One of the most nicest and memorable dining experience  I've ever had. Love the delicious food especially the rib eye and smoke salmon. Marvellous  and friendly service by Mr Jeremy. Thank you for the ice cream given to my son on his birthday. 🥰😋😋🥰

Food and drinks are average. The steak was slightly overdone from the medium rare, the lamb wasn’t seasoned enough, they were very generous for the fries though but I couldn’t taste the truffle.

The desserts were much better though but the best part was the atmosphere, the al fresco seating is the cosy and cooling. Not as noisy as the indoor seats. Service was also great. So the additional star is for the front of house.

Our 3rd visit here. It was raining heavily that night, so Francis called ahead to tell us so and remind us to bring an umbrella. Short of actually sending a valet service to pick us from the car park, it was indeed a nice touch. Food has improved significantly from before. We ordered 4 mains  - crab spaghettini, halibut, chicken and the ribs and 2 light mains - pulled beef and burrata. Loved the spaghettini, halibut and the chicken, ribs were so so.. or could it be because we were already quite stuffed when it was finally served? :). Service was excellent from John and Chan - Attentive without being intrusive. New plates were changed fairly frequently. Atmosphere could have been better had it not been raining - they had to put the blinds down to stop the rain from coming in but it still was rather cosy with nice subtle lighting. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience this time around. Thanks to John, Chan, Francis, the chef and staff of the Halia again for making it a nice night out for the family.
