As a visitor of Taiwan I love Taiwan breakfast restaurants and their food selection. Taiwanese breakfast is a highlight of my day. When I found out that one breakfast restaurant has a Michelin reward it caused my interest and I accepted to queue to get in. The taste and food presentation is lovely and it is good value for money. I will come back.

The food is good for sure, but not worth the markup (nearly 2x) and wait (both to be seated and for the food) compared to nearby establishments. Their popularity is almost surely driven primarily by the Michelin Bib Gourmand designation and tourist patronage. We were seated around 10a and all of their soy milk drinks were already sold out. For a breakfast restaurant open until 2p, this is incomprehensible. Additionally, if you don’t finish your drink, they charge 5NTD for a to-go cup, which is high for any establishment but especially one which is as well-frequented and expensive as this. While fine to go once and check it out, or as a date given not all places have indoor seating, I won’t be coming back

The place is small this seats needs to wait will advise to go earlier . The 蛋饼 is nice 不同the burger is unique i didn't like it but my wife loves it . The drinks try the brown sugar siya bean and normal soya bean its great and refreshing 😊

Visited SoftPower around lunchtime on a weekday and didn’t have to wait long. Tried their signature burger, but honestly, I don’t understand the hype or how it earned a Michelin award. The bread was excessively thick, and the side dishes were just basic deep-fried items. Overall, nothing memorable.

We had the specialty Taiwanese burger, Taiwanese sausage omelet, fried sweet potato balls, and red bean mochi pancake. All items were delicious! Very fast service. We couldn’t access the menu for ordering via QR code on the table, but the server gave us an English menu and allowed us to order at the counter.
