You must buy a drink before you can reach the top. First, they’ll take you to a middle floor where you’re required to purchase something. Once you’ve done that, you can request access to the top.

On the middle floor, the cheapest option is a basic orange juice for 1,000 baht, while cocktails go for about 1,500 baht.

The view at the top is nice, but at these prices, I’d choose another Bangkok sky bar. It would be more reasonable if you could enjoy your first drink upstairs, but paying for something on the middle floor with its mediocre view just isn’t worth it.

I visited The Dome at Lebua in Bangkok with two friends, which is famous for being the filming location of The Hangover. That said, we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. However, we had an unpleasant experience with the staff. There are two bars at the venue: one serves champagne and the other cocktails. We were immediately directed to the champagne bar, where the waiter acted as if that was the only option, even though we were there for cocktails. A glass of champagne costs €60, which is extremely expensive for Thailand.

We then moved to the cocktail bar, where we paid €40 per cocktail—again, a very high price. Unfortunately, the cocktails were far from enjoyable. On the plus side, the view was stunning.

The view from a absolutely beautiful, the service impecable. The prices ridiculously expensive. This is Thailand, not Paris. Drinks 40 €, fish €100
Wine STARTS at €200… the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are amazing.
It gets a bit tricky Friday and Saturday with the lifts to your rooms, due to a lot of out of hotel tourist ( they filmed the Hangover here)
Would I come back? Yes, but will never dine there again. Had better and less expensive dinners at Mandarin and Peninsula

I googled coolest Rooftop bat/restaurant and this was one of the options and I was not disappointed.

The service was 7 star level. They pull your seat up when you get up,l escort you to the bathroom wait for you and do the same back to your seat.

The decor was excellent and ambience especially at night was unbeatable.

We order the glass of champagne (way too much) and got the chef's tasting menu. The food was well plated and very exquisite.

If you are looking for Instagram  worthy places to go this is the place. They even have people walking around if you wan the them to use your phone/camera to take photos for you.

All this being said, nothing good comes at a low cost. The bill came out to about 21,000 Thai baht at the time about $600 usd for two people.

The high end for Thailand sure but in Miami(Where I live) something like this would be easily be doubled if not tripled.
