The location is very good, well connected with metro and sky train, so easy to move with transportation (but the street is a mess and if you choose taxi it takes ages to move)
Breakfast was okay, nothing special but overall good. The room is not what you might expect for a 5 stars (maybe 3/4?) as looked old and dusty (also the door of the bathroom was broken , but they fixed after we pointed it) but cleaning service was well Done .
The pool and the view are top notch , the pool is small and with only few beach bed,  but luckily for us never crowded .
One thing we unfortunately experienced is to be followed by an hooker which easily managed to enter (lack of security and reception doesn’t care) and she wanted to enter in our room, she came behind the door and knocked for 1 hour , we had to call the security but not even a sorry from their side

One elevator is shared between 38 floors average wait time during our stay was 15-20 minutes if available at times they open up the staff elevators for customers
Room walls are paper think you will hear even a plastic bag crumple next door at 3AM
Staff is extremely polite and professional
Rooms are showing signs of again.
Bare minimum toiletries provided.
Location is reasonable

For the rooms and the hotel to be valued as a 5 star hotel to me seemed a bit far fetched. The size of the room and the atmosphere didn't reflect the amount of money I paid for.

The lobby seemed too dark and at certain hours when the AC is being switched off, it gets too stuffy. Having only 2 elevators for the hotel also made people having to wait a little longer. I was staying alone and I kept on getting woken up to the neighbours closing and opening their doors- showing how the rooms are not soundproof.

Credits need to be given to the staffs for always showing a friendly face and often offering helps. Location of the hotel is also great as it is located near to the public transportation services.

Booked a room for 1 night and it seems overpriced. Room needs refreshing, only one elevator works (there are 2 elevators for 35 floors!). Imagine a queue for the elevator where you have to wait 15 minutes  for elevator.

Location is great, metro is close and malls.
Staff is friendly.

One year later….still has a broken elevator. Unreal lol. Amazing location but not worth waiting 10 minutes every time you want to get up to the rooftop pool or head to the lobby. You spend half your day waiting while the staff claims it’s being fixed (it’s been out of order for a year now).

The rooms and view are decent, but paper thin walls made my stay a nightmare with loud guests all night.

Way better hotels and Airbnb’s at this price point.
