Really nice you can find the local delicious food here, look at the old day building ( Chino Portuguese ) get some batik fabric, a lot of souvenir shop, the shops are open even weekdays. Many buildings did a good gravity on the wall so I really enjoy taking a picture. Lovely town.

A lovely walk that offers many shops, cafes, restaurants.  European-Asian infused architecture with bright colours and detailed designs.   There are plenty of things will capture your eye; hand made souvenirs and crafts,  street food vendors, and murals.  Sidewalks are narrow but clean.  Smoking not permitted in ther center of Old Town, but there are cafes just off the center that offers smoking.  People are friendly,  vendors are not pushy and it didn't seem to busy when we went (10 -13:30). Overall good energy and a fantastic walk.   Will definitely return and see it during the evening.

This is the starting point of Phuket's modern days. All the buildings that built are Sino-portuguese style (which as same as Penang on those days).
Now all the buildings are preserved for people to visit and learn how people of Phuket lived in the past. Also there are a lot of cool cafés, restaurants museums and hotels.

Phuket Old Town comprises 3-4 streets aligned with colourful beautiful shop houses of Sino-Malay architectural designs. You'll find local souvenirs, cloth and clothing, food and cafe, hardware shops and boutique hotels here. Worth a visit to soak in the old town ambience, for your instagrammable photos, and picking up some good buys.
