Her ay duzenli olarak alım yapıyorum. Çok lezzetli ve doğal mixleri var. Piyasadaki Yapay, katkılı kötü kokan mixler gibi değil. Özellikle içinde kuzukulağı olan Grass ürünü çok lezzetli. 4 lü kutular şeklinde alıp kuru buzla paketlenmiş halde yurtdışına bile götürüyorum asla erimiyor ve dökülmüyor. İletişimleri çok başarılı değil. Genelde ulaşamıyorum. Yine de Teşekkürler.

I make regular purchases every month. They have very delicious and natural mixes. It is not like the artificial, additive and smelly mixes on the market. Especially the Grass product with sorrel in it is very delicious. I buy it in boxes of 4 and even take it abroad, packaged with dry ice. It never melts or spills. Their communication is not very successful. I usually can't reach you. Thanks anyway.

Kokteyl mixlerini sevmeme rağmen müşteri iletişimi konusundaki zayıflıklarıyla her seferinde sınıfta kalan işletme. Bir önceki siparişimde İstanbul içi teslimat seçeneği ile Silivri’ye sipariş vermiştim, uzak olması nedeniyle iptal edildi. Buna diyecek bir şeyim yok hak veriyorum fakat ancak ben iletişime geçtiğim zaman bir neden alabildim, sormadan söylemelerini beklerdim. Son siparişimi ise pazar günü bir organizasyonda yapmak adına Cuma akşamından bu sefer gönderim alanı içerisinde olduğunu söyledikleri bir konuma yine aynı gün teslimat seçeneği ile sipariş ettim (ki bunun için ekstra ücret ödedim). Cuma akşamı verdiğim siparişimin aynı gün teslimat seçeneğinden ötürü Cumartesi günü elime ulaşması gerekirdi fakat ulaşmadı. Whatsapp hatları ise zaten sorduğum sorulara ancak üç kere sorduktan sonra geri dönüş yapıyordu, cumartesi günü birkaç kere yazmama rağmen asla yanıt alamadım, ayrıca çalışma saatleri 19.00 gözükmesine rağmen 18.00’da telefon kapatıldı ve arasam dahi açmadılar. Ürünlerini sevmeme rağmen bu şekilde mağdur bırakıldığım için çok üzüldüm.

Even though I love cocktail mixes, this company always fails with its weakness in customer communication. In my previous order, I placed an order for Silivri with the delivery option within Istanbul, but it was canceled due to its distance. I have nothing to say to this, I agree, but I could only get a reason when I contacted them. I would have expected them to tell me without asking. In order to make my last order for an event on Sunday, I ordered it on Friday evening, this time to a location they said was within the delivery area, with the same day delivery option (for which I paid an extra fee). My order, which I placed on Friday evening, should have arrived on Saturday due to the same day delivery option, but it did not arrive. Whatsapp lines responded to the questions I had already asked only after I asked them three times. Even though I wrote several times on Saturday, I never received an answer. Moreover, although the working hours seemed to be 19.00, the phone was turned off at 18.00 and they did not answer even if I called. Even though I love their products, I was very sorry to be victimized in this way.
