I definitely have no complaints.
The quality is exceptional. The staff is friendly, and cleanliness is at an incredible level everywhere. The view from the room of the palm tree is outstanding, and we were in the Imperial Club, which truly has everything you could need. It's also great because the dining experience is more serene; even though the selection may be slightly limited, there’s still plenty of options. The private beach with service is fantastic as well. The pools are nice, and there are security personnel and lifeguards at every turn. We will definitely come again.

We had booked it for 2 nights three days. On reaching the hotel we came to know that the reservation team had done a big mistake by booking us for incorrect dates. We had our entire mail trail which thus made our case strong. The guy at the reception was co operative and we ended up getting the same room with same meal plan at a better rate than the original one. That was a good start. What followed next was fabulous. We tried celebrity chef restaurants and a Michelin restaurant too. Except Gordon Ramsay:s restaurant food at every other restaurant was top notch. Breakfast spread was amazing. Aquaventure park deserves an independent review in itself. One of my best luxury holidays as yet. Thank you

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. I cannot fault a single thing, the staff from the receptionist right down to the security were welcoming and hospitable. They really made you feel at home. Thank you for the best stay. The room definitely lives up to its expectations, the bath was huge, the bed was huge. We booked a king room and they gave a separate cot for our child. Look forward to visiting again.

A destination in itself, great hospitality and concierge service. Great for a staycation or celebrating a milestone. A tad far from downtown Dubai so you might miss out on the local vibe. The aquarium n aqua park are great in-house experiences, food court in basement is nice as well. In room dining is a mixed experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis The Palm. The central aquarium focus point is amazing. It’s captivating to watch and was a big hit with our son. The resort pools and facilities were fantastic, as was the Aquaventure water park. We stayed in an Imperial Club room, which is what I would recommend to anyone. The lounge was a beautifully relaxed space, the staff were all lovely and the food was all delicious. Our room was so comfortable and spotless. The team looking after the rooms were so attentive. There was so many little extra touches, and they went out of their way to help us. Atlantis The Palm is a truly amazing hotel, with lovely finishes and exceptional attention to detail.
