We were recommended by a friend to go to try one of the best according to her and Michelin, apparently. Hidden within the alley, and there are some instructions from some google users to find the hidden place.
There are only a few items in the menu that are quickly sold out. We managed to have 2 bowls of hot pho by 8 something, and they were soon sold out once we placed our order.
There was a  queue when we were there, but they moved pretty fast and got us seated within 15 minutes of waiting.
The pho is nice and silky with fresh herbs, and chilli added some kick to the soup. I saw some local patrons ordered some chunky bone mix to slurp on, too.
Go early if you want to have. I think it is one of the best breakfasts around here

This Michelin Bib Gourmand pho restaurant is only open 3.5 hours a day from 6.30am. Located in an alleyway, it has two units opposite one another.

Ordered the Pho Tai (Raw Beef) and petit chaud. Granny cooking my pho must be more than 80 and still sprightly.

As for the taste, actually the pho was quite ordinary but portion was adequate. The puff meat pie stole the show. It was so good. Pastry was flaking and crumbly whilst the meat filling was juicy. As with all puff pastries, eat while it’s hot.

Can come and try when in HCMC.

This is my #3 pho out of the 6 tried in 3 days (Pho Hoa Pasteur, Pho Le, Pho Minh, Pho Sol, Pho Vietnam & Pho Phu Vuong). The top 3 were all close in taste while #4 is different being flame-fried beef & garlic topped pho. The soup and beef is superb, tender & tasty. The unique side dish is pork pate chou pie which you should order alongside the pho. But go before 8am as many reviews noted it sells out early.

Hard to find hidden in an alleyway accessible from both ends connected to the same main road near City Hall.

My mom found this highly rated pho place that is rated as a Michelin Bib. Pho in Vietnam is not great, so I didn't expect much, which i was right.  But the pate chaud! It was baked fresh and came out nice and hot. The crust was soft and flaky, and the meat filling was seasoned perfectly! This was the first time I've tried this, and I'm going to be a snob after this.  They also make homemade yogurt that is done well. Perfect consistency with the right amount of sweet and sour.  Don't come here for the pho, but come get for the yogurt abs pate chaud! The owner was extremely friendly as well.  We chatted with him, and he was willing to share his recipe for the pate chaud and yogurt.

first time here to try the authentic pho from its country of origin. It turned out to be really delicious and even without many additional condiments it was delicious. In addition, for the meat there is a choice of brisket or tenderloin too. And there is also a choice of raw or cooked meat. for the portion size, it can be said to be quite a lot.

Although there are small and large size options too.

The location is also in an alley, so it's quite a hidden gem.
And it only opens in the morning.
