I came here expecting another overhyped spot, but nope!!! It’s really delicious! The rice noodle here is absolutely top-notch. The meat and patties are perfectly seasoned, and the fish sauce has a wonderfully balanced flavor. The price is noticeably higher than average, but if you’ve never tried this place before, it’s worth experiencing at least once!

WOW! As a foodie, I have high expectations. But this restaurant blew me away. The Bun Cha is one of the tasties dishes I have ever had. The atmosphere is also amazing. They ask you to take off your shoes as you step inside in a reserved room. Strongly recommended !

This was our first meal in Hanoi, and it was definitely a great meal!

We immediately went to this restaurant in Hanoi since we cannot check in yet. We were greeted by the very bubbly Ha (who is best in customer service, by the way), and we immediately ordered Bun Cha with Spring Rolls for two people (one each). Ha also taught us how to eat the noodle dish, and mentioned that the herbs and veggies are refillable.

Their meat was grilled to perfection—full of smokey flavor, crispy, and blends well with the warm sweet-sour broth. The veggies and herbs complement well with the pork and rice noodles. Pro Tip: add garlic and chili for that wonderful spicy taste.

If you only have one Bun Cha to eat in Hanoi, don't go anywhere—find Bun Cha Ta Hanoi and you won't regret it.
