This was truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in.
1. All staff were kind.
2. Check in was simple and easy.
3. Only one lift and can fit maybe max 3 people. But stairs are not too onerous.
4. The hotel is dog-friendly but I only saw one dog and never concerned for any smell or extra mess.
5. The rooms were SO CLEAN and beautifully decorated. Absolutely stunning decor throughout the hotel.
6. The toilet is separate to the rest of the facilities in the room but I did not mind that.
7. Beautiful view of the street.
8. Excellent lighting in the room.
9. The bar is stunning!! I didn’t enjoy a cocktail there but they give you a 241 offer when you check in. The bar is also where breakfast is served if you opt for that. Complimentary tea in the room included rooibos and vanilla which is my new fave.
10. Very well connected but also a safe and quiet street with great transport links. Would HIGHLY recommend; in fact, I’d stay there again!

Our experience at ARTIST Boutique Hotel was fantastic from start to end. The hotel's location is perfect — just a short walk from the city’s main attractions.

The interior design is a highlight, blending classic and modern styles beautifully. The warm lighting, artistic decor, and elegant furnishings create a cozy yet sophisticated ambiance. The rooms are stylish and comfortable ensuring a relaxing stay.

The staff truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. They were welcoming, professional, and incredibly accommodating, even allowing us to check in five hours early — something we haven’t experienced in other hotels. This level of service made a world of difference after a long journey.

There were no major downsides to our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

This really is an excellent hotel from which to explore Vienna.  It's impeccably clean, a little bit quirky in its decor,  ideally located for either walking or taking the underground and staffed by the nicest people.  We stayed three nights between Christmas & New Year and would absolutely recommend it.  The cocktail bar, open from 4pm, is fabulous and we really enjoyed our evenings in there chatting to Julian the bar tender.

Absolutely loved this hotel! It's beautiful, clean, cozy, and the staff is so welcoming. Shout out to Julian and Sam for making the most delicious cocktails and to Martin for being such a wonderful host every morning at breakfast. This hotel is a gem!

First time in Vienna and it was such a beautiful hotel, the staff were so helpful and amazing including the cleaning ladies, the room was spacious and very clean. Amazing location, close to all shops and food places I would definitely recommend this place. Plus note, it was raining and they provide free umbrellas ☺️
