Having read some reviews, I was skeptical, but now we have visited this restaurant 4 times and each time we are left with a pleasant feeling. the waiters are very nice and attentive, sometimes we had to wait longer than usual but the restaurant is large and the food is delicious which is worth the wait, plus some of the best cocktails in Copenhagen!

I had lasagna and it was ok.
My wife had the shrimp tacos and she didn't care for them. We shared a pizza and it was just okay. The atmosphere was great with a table being outside and heaters and blankets if needed.

The price of the food does not justify the experience. The dishes were very basic; I tried the ribeye steak, and it was neither impressive nor flavorful. On top of that, the service was rude. The server didn’t pay attention to our order, brought everything late, and took an unusually long time when we asked for something. To make matters worse, he insisted on us leaving a tip. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially given the restaurant’s great location. When traveling, we expect good food and quality service, but unfortunately, this place did not do.

I and my two kids waited 40 minutes for three pizzas. It was on 6.07.24.We were brought pizzas that were burnt on the edges and it was disgusting. The manager did not apologize, but said that this is the way it should be. They did not agree to refund the price. Also, the pizzeria itself is very dirty, especially the lamps. I don't recommend this place. They ruined my day off.

The WORST encounter that ever happened to us tourists out of all countries! Bad service, Over-cooked food, Arrogant servers, and just awful. The place looked promising at first with its great ambience, especially with the plenty of people outside, so we had no choice but to eat here as it was the closest to us. First off, The server was very aggressive in taking our order, especially placing the napkins, glasses, and utensils on our table with no alignment. With their high priced food, you should atleast expect great hospitality, yet it felt like we weren’t even visible to their eyes. Not just that, but right after we finished our food, they immediately took our plates without permission, and gave us the bill seconds later, that was even faster than the food being given to us 😂. HERE’S THE WORST PART, after calculating the money, we gave the bill, and it took a LONG time for the change to be given. We asked them three times for the change, and the server only kept saying “wait a minute”. After minutes of waiting, we couldn’t wait anymore so I stood up and asked directly to her on where’s the change, she said “you didn’t give me a bill yet, how would I give you the change”, and the whole family goes CRAZY SHOOK, we paid A LOT of money, and for it to be gone, just simply vanished from the restaurant for us just to be waiting for change we never even paid. The question is why did the server kept saying “wait a minute” if she didn’t even remember recieving A BILL. Like, HELLO? But thankfully, they just placed it in the corner of the room, just left hanging and could’ve been stolen by anyone. After that, we left and reminded ourselver to never come back to this restaurant and always remember to check the reviews. Yes the location was good, but for that heck of an experience, would you risk your bill for that. If you made it to the very end, I’m sorry but please do be careful of the restaurants in the main/popular cities of countries specifically TOURISTS!! , you can just never be sure of safety. I do hope you don’t get to experience these type of experiences!
