A very nice place - but some weird choices for a Michelin restaurant.
We had and was asked to use the same cutlery though all courses until the dessert, not ideal having to eat meat with a knife and fork that taste like fish etc. this took away from the overall presentation, service and taste.
loved the interior theme though.
We had an amazing champagne and we loved the glasses it was served from

The food was overall nice and had good balance  (crunchy, acidity etc). We would have preferred one desert and another dish rather than two deserts. The fish and meat dishes were our favorite !
The service, although good, looked rushed, were not too attentive and forgot to refill us multiple times. So we just did it ourselves. That’s fine but not what you would expect in this level dining. One man (sommelier) advised us very well on the wine however. The translation of the dishes to English could be better executed too.
Atmosphere was lovely and stylish but we could’ve hoped for more comfortable chairs on longer type diners.

Perfection in everything! Very unique flavors, quite a lot of vegetables dishes. Everything is from local ingredients. Fish and butter was my favorite and my husband enjoyed sweetbreads. Atmospheres is great, very stylish! Recommended wines were great but quite expensive compared to food price.

Our first time here in Lyon. Amazing lunch at this michelin star restaurant. They have a surprise 3 course menu which changes every 2 months.

The summer vegetables appetizer was fresh and delicious. For the main course you have a choice of fish or meat (duck).

The food were very good with lots of surprises. I like the first drink by your restaurant, it was awesome too. Will highly recommend to my friend. Thanks for having us.
