This was our first time to Paris and S/O Paris Hotel was magnificent! It started when we first arrived until the day we left. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The room had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower which we appreciated more at night. The location was only 15-20 minute drive from all the major sites. Would highly recommend staying if you are considering this hotel.

Where should I even start… the SO/ Paris is my new favorite hotel in Paris! From the amenities to the interior design and the staff; everything is just top notch 🫶 the location is also perfect to unwind after a long day in the city, yet you can still reach everything by metro or take a nice walk along the Seine. The spa service is superb, the hotel staff is very attentive and everyone always has a smile on their face. Breakfast variety is great, not too much and not too little. Room service also works perfect; the food was excellent! The baristas in the lobby are absolute sweethearts, and Alejandro makes one of the best matcha lattes! Housekeeping also was very attentive, and I really enjoyed the evening service with small surprises waiting in the room whenever I came back from my city adventures. I had a pleasant stay and will definitely come back soon!

The hotel is well-appointed, and everything is well cared for. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The rooftop meals are magical for a family and romantic for a couple. The real highlight of our stay was the friendly staff who attended to all of our needs and requests in a timely, polite manner. I highly recommend the SO/Hotel Paris and will stay at this location again when we return to Paris. A special thank you to Bathilde at the concierge desk, who gave fantastic recommendations, helped sort out our missing luggage, and became fast friends with our 9-year-old son. Thank you to "Pap," who took good care of us every morning at breakfast, and also to Jesus, who went above and beyond to get us a taxi, transport all of our luggage out of the "grey security zone," and load the taxi for us.

Everything was exceptional! The bed was so comfortable, the view was breathtaking, the in room breakfast perfectly prepared. The room itself was so beautiful, the Air conditioner worked so well. Everything was very beautiful even the lobby and the lobby bathrooms. The hotel is so close to Notre Dame and other sights. I would stay here everyone I visit Paris!

We had the absolute best experience at this hotel. While it is not immediately footsteps off the key tourist sites, it is quite close and walking distance to many. It feels a bit more private and quiet but still close to everything you want to access. The quality of our experience and service surpassed our expectations repeatedly and consistently. The thoughtful little touches were so appreciated. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
