This place is so cute! I like the colors and decor. We stopped in for a late night snack and bubble tea. Loved the snacks but the bubble tea was just OK. I recommend Cha Time instead if you're in the area for bubble tea. 

Let's talk about the snacks we had! We tried the takoyaki, shrimp tempura and chicken gyoza -- all goood! You won't be disappointed with these options. 

We also tried G1 bau au boeuf- it was a bit salty but good. The beef is sliced in chunks but soft not chewy. We also tried the shrimp fried noodles - pretty good with a sesame flavor. 

The Thai fried rice was probably our least favorite. It wasn't bad, just different than what we are used to. I couldn't put my finger on it, but it almost tasted like they used fish sauce and some type of red spicy sauce. 

Overall, we enjoyed our late night snacks and would come back for that again.

I absolutely LOVED BAOBAO TEA!!! 

I ordered the ice cream, it was two scoops of vanilla, one scoop of chocolate, topped with chocolate sauce and AMAZING thick whipped cream! 

They have a gorgeous shop!!!

They were very nice and they're open late to grab a bite if you are out. We had the chicken bao and tofu bao--both were delicious!

This review is strictly for the drinks. Since I was in Paris, I wanted to try as many different pearl tea shops as I could, and this was found after seeing Notre Dame. Upon coming in, they seat you at a table and the menu for food looked good but I was only there for a drink. The drinks come in two sizes and not much ice is included but that is a minor thing since in Paris, most drinks are taken at room temp or hot.  This is the first time I've had pearl tea where condensed milk is used as the sweetener.  The green milk tea I ordered had very faint tea flavor and so the drink tasted like watered down condensed milk. Black milk tea was a little better and the almond milk tea was the best of the three.  I would not come back for drinks but might wanna check out the food items as they have different buns for their snacks such as Bao, rice patty (like Koja) and a plus is they have a toilette.

I stepped inside Bao Bao cuz 1) I saw a sign that said Bubble Tea, and I'm just a sucker for Bubble Tea, 2) I needed a bathroom and if you have been to Paris, you know that's a hot commodity. Unless you are ok with the public bathrooms, even that option has small lines. Bao Bao is a cute little place, considering it was 40 degrees outside and with limited access to Toilets, I opted for the Mochi and Mochi Glazés instead of Bubble Tea. Both were very tasty, even though it was cold outside I still ate the Mochi ice cream because you melt inside of Bao Bao's warm comfy store. This is my 2nd weakness, Mochi ice cream. The workers are very nice and spoke English, yes I'm one of those lazy Americans that didn't brush up on my French before I went to Paris, I know, shame on me, poor representation on my part to be more worldly. Boa Boa has a small but clean Unisex toilet in case anyone wants to know, but is only available to paying patrons. Would definitely pass by again if I'm in the neighborhood!

Delicious boba tea with a variety of flavors. The coffee with milk and tapioca boba (original) was so so delicious as well- I was pleasantly surprised! They give you the option of ordering with and without milk, and with original or fruit boba.

To each his own, but I loved this place. We tried a couple of others while in Paris. I had thé Thé Thai with litchi perles. So incredibly yummy. Proceeded to have one a day for the rest of my trip.

This is a great little shop.  Their hours are broad and they have lots of great snacks reasonably priced to grab on the way to see to sightsee.  Service was very friendly and the place is very clean.  If you can't find a market, you can get large bottles of water here without paying an arm and an leg.

Pretty bad boba... but I lived in California for quite a few years.

Overall, I would still probably come back here if I were in the area for longer. They were extremely patient with my terrible French, there is a clean bathroom in the back, and the restaurant itself is very nice and busy.

Mediocre bubble tea. In my opinion, they can do better, and the price is a little bit more expensive for its quality. I can make exactly the same taste, why should I come to a place where I can make it at home?

Minimum is 10 Euros for credit card. 

Don't recommend. Go to chatime or elsewhere.
