When you arrive the staff are quick to greet you and get you settled in. If you are looking for an amazing view with great food then this is the spot. You can see Notre Dame being rebuilt while demolishing your plate of delicious food. Add a dash of champagne and you truly can't ask for more.

Location is great. Service is great. Food is great. Overall restaurant vibe is great. A pizza will feed a family of three easily.

Stopped here for a late lunch as we walked from the Louvre over to Notre Dame. Our waiter was a friendly gentleman who was constantly joking around. He spoke pretty good English as well, so we had no problems ordering. 

My travel companion had their mussels and fries, which was surprisingly fresh and delicious. My wife had their hamburger, which while expensive at 16 euros, was absolutely fantastic. I ordered their duck confit, which was cooked well but relatively bland and lacked flavor. I would have given them 5 stars had their duck been more flavorful...

Also, they have free wifi here.

We were looking for a place to eat near the touristy part of town, and I'm not sure if we could have done much better than Bords de Seine.  

The onion soup was decent.  I had a pretty good salmon/citrus/avocado salad, although I had ordered a completely different salad.  We were in a hurry, and my aunt and uncle had already been particularly difficult customers, so I wasn't about to complain.  My uncle got the fish and chips, and he was pretty happy with it.  My aunt ordered the salmon tartare without knowing what that was.  When it arrived, and she realized it was uncooked, she asked to add the fish and chips to her order (in addition, not replacing it).  The server was a bit annoyed, but the manager stepped in and changed her order without charging us for the original.  

We finished the meal with a couple of cafes au lait and a creme brulee, and it was undoubtedly the best part of the meal.  

I wouldn't go out of my way to have another meal here, but you could definitely do worse.  Other tables were having breakfast/brunch, and their omelettes looked pretty good.

Good option for a filling and healthy breakfast. I ordered the London, which is 16 euros for a cup of coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, croissants, bread, an omelette, and a salad. 
I chose the bacon omelette - caveat: bacon in France is ham and not the American style smoked bacon. But they were quite generous with it and literally every inch of my omelette was bursting with the ham. 
The salad was lightly dressed and the orange juice so fresh!

After a week of late dinners and evening searching for a decent place to eat, we decided to try this after seeing several people in the window eating food that looked decent.

We arrived early on a Sunday about 5:30pm and the inside was empty.  The sidewalk tables were packed with people trying to escape the rain.

Food was good.  They have a kids menu so my girls were thrilled.  They speak English here and we're super friendly with us and the kids.

The primary fare seems to be pizza, but they have a lot of other items on the menu.  We each had pizza, but my younger daughter ordered the quiche.  It was traditional European pizza.  It was good.  Their spicy oil was tasty but not spicy at all.

Overall price was reasonable for dinner for four with a bottle of wine.

Came here for dinner and was expecting it would be good because of the 4-star rating, but it was just okay.  We got seated right away as the place is pretty big and it was not filled.

Items ordered:

Escargot - Was a little bland in taste, but it wasn't bad and it wasn't overcooked either. Just wish there was a little for flavors to it instead of just olive oil tasting.

Foie Gras - First time having it and I thought it was okay.  They give you 2 huge slices of it.  I had nothing to compare it to at the time.  (After eating it a couple more times later in the trip, I have to say that the others were a lot better tasting)

Duck Confit - They give you a whole leg and thigh part. It seems like this was pan fried and it was a little dry. Flavors were okay.  The potatoes that came with it was pretty good.

Lasagna - Nothing special... it was just okay.  

Overall, this place has a nice view to people watch.  The food is okay.. nothing special.

I am a tourist, yes, but I know how to be polite. As soon as my boyfriend and I sat down up front, our waiter was rude. Not indifferent, but rude. We ordered two espressos and an entree. He gave us the espressos and then followed up with the bill. The place wasn't busy either. 

Since the waiter was a jerk as soon as we sat down, I can only think he didn't like us for superficial reasons.

I regret spending my money here.

While not life-changing, the Café Bords de Seine deserves five stars for its location, convenience, service, food, and price. While you could find similar food throughout Paris for less, it provided a perfect balance of cozy café without having to go too far from some of the city's best attractions.

We came around brunch time and the restaurant was mostly empty. The server was friendly and patient, speaking English well but also putting up with our attempts to order in French. The menu had all the French favorites, making it a good first stop on our tour of Paris. We expected to order something small to tide us over, but the portions were quite large. The croque madame / monsieur and the quiche were tasty and pretty big, and came with a side salad. Our coffees were a good size and the nutella crepe was a perfect dessert to share.

With so many options around the city, I'm not sure I would come here for dinner, but it proved to be the perfect spot for a daytime break between sightseeing. If you sit on the (covered) patio you have a great view of the Seine--and can even see the Eiffel Tower in the distance.

Found this place relaxing with a great atmosphere great service and phenomenal food. We tried the egg and cheese omelet and the cheese, ham and egg omelet. Both were greatly done. I was able to savory every taste and it left me wanting for more.  The freshly squeezed orange juice you have to get. It's prefect. I am definitely going back again for more.
