Me and my friend were traveling Europe and had a hard time finding a place to eat one night near our Airbnb (everything seems to be closed for holiday). We found this place and it's a hidden gem! 

Reasonable prices, happy hour from 7-9pm drinks are only €5.50! Got the French onion soup two nights in a row (awesome) which were very filling, and other things for the mains. First night (because we went back again for an easy dinner the next day) I got the chicken with pasta, stuffed with sundried tomatoes. Very good. My friend ordered her first ever escargot and we tried it and while we aren't escargot connoisseurs we thought they were pretty good.  Second night they unfortunately were running low on the beef so we just went with the onion soup and some dessert, but both again were great! Also, be patient as there is only one waitress/one bartender, so don't come here in a hurry. But their service is great! 

Would recommend the French onion soup, and hot chocolate cake for dessert.

Down the street from our airbnb location was this darling little place. We first saw it the night we arrived: it was drizzling steadily with no intent of letting up, yet this place was hopping with tons of people waiting to get in. We finally make it in the night before we left for a quiet little meal. Our server was fantastic, speaking in English and giving us English menus. The food was warm and good. The beef bourguignon was so so good-- that sauce!! Definitely check this place out if you're in the neighborhood!

Amazing!!!! Super nice staff and what a great value we had the breakfast specials and not only were they delicious but there was so much food! A fantastic deal and very close to the metro! 
I can't say enough good things!!!! I'm so glad we found it and stopped in! 
My language barrier had me thinking it was bread OR a croissant But rather it was both and juice and coffee and crepes and an omelette - delicious!
