Had a very nice dinner with good food and service. "All you can eat" pâté, traditional escargots, sole, and beef tartare. Reasonably priced. A few missing wines from the offered list but still enough to choose from.

This is the first place we went to in Paris, and it was a great experience! We ordered the salmon tartare, the duo shrimp and salmon with quinoa and salad, octopus soup, and café crème. The food was presented very elegantly and we liked everything except the octopus soup (we have never had octopus before so that might just be us). 

The service was excellent, our server was very friendly. Through my broken French, he realized we were English-speaking and he brought out an English menu for us and proceeded to help us in English. 

The restaurant was small, giving it a cozy and charming feel. The ambience was relaxed and slightly casual for lunch. Great place to come with a group. Most people there appeared to be locals, but we found it to be very tourist-friendly because of the English menu and English-speaking waiter. Would definitely recommend coming here for a quality French cuisine experience, especially if you are an English-speaking tourist.

First stop in Paris. No regrets. Amazing shrimp salad. The warm shrimp had a perfect seasoning and the cold salad was refreshing. My BF had the Caesar Salad. He enjoyed it but said it was not spectacular.  The bread was delicious. No need for oil or butter. The atmosphere was perfect.  The side street offered seclusion and serenity. The waitstaff spoke perfect English and was friendly and prompt. I highly recommend this cafe.

I've been numerous times on my trips to Paris.  Staff is very helpful and Friendly.  Excellent Parisian food at a restaurant that doesn't feel touristy.  Seems like mostly Parisians eat here every time I've been.  I'll definitely be back when I return to Paris!!!

I came here with my family the day we arrived from New York City, jet-lagged and fatigued but hoping to start our trip in France on the right foot culinarily. 

I found this restaurant recommended in Le Fooding's annual guide and it was relatively close to our hotel. It seems like the average tourist trap bistro with snappy waiters and disappointing traditional French dishes. 

The staff are very friendly and exhibit the nicer side of French hospitality with playful interactions and a great understanding of want a customer wants. 

I started with octopus then had the steak frites which were both delicious and my parents ordered fish dishes and we were all happy. It was very straightforward and no surprises but this was a perfectly good take on bistro cuisine. 

If you find yourself in the neighborhood I recommend this place where you can expect a warm reception and tasty French food

We stopped in for dessert and a drink after dinner across town and a quick ride back on the Metro.  The server was lovely and friendly, the dessert was top notch and the wine perfectly passable.  Moreover, the warmed enclosed patio area was a perfect place to sit and relax before continuing on to the hotel.

Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday whole staying at Hotel Felicien (highly recommend) and enjoyed a lovely and delicious afternoon with lots of Parisian families. 

It's relatively small and looks more like a cafe but the food is waaay better than cafe food. 

The menu is on a giant chalk board that they bring to your table. I had the salmon with avocado and a cucumber cream and my boyfriend had the chicken with polenta in a delicious sauce. Both were plated nicely, were generous portions and were sooo good. 

We tried to go back another day but the timing was off. 

I highly recommend stopping by here for lunch, dinner or a mid-afternoon drink outside.

Fantastic dinner last night with friends. Small, intimate, very friendly place. 

Starters included buffalo mozzarella and a sublime chicken terrine with dried figs and pistachios. Mains for the group included a sirloin steak beautifully cooked (tho slight underdone for the requested medium), a shrimp, tomatoes,feta and eggplant dish, a codfish and chicken and a roast chicken with sauteed leek and potatoes candied in duckfat. All sublime!

We finished with a cafe gourmand and a cheesecake with anise. Absolutely marvelous!

For us, a great start to our Paris visit and for our friends - a great way to end their trip!
