Two words best describe what this Southern boy wants in his mouth, and it ain't Daisy Duke...been there done that , it's Cacio Pepe.  It's one of the simplest recipes anywhere, water, cheese, pepper n pasta, but getting the consistency right is harder than Uncle Jebidia in Hawaiian Whore house. 

Now understand this, if you roll into any restaurant that has Cacio Pepe  on the menu, their chef is at least gutsy enough to give it a go, and you should too.  All I'm sayin' is more times than not, you'll be thinkin' "oh bless their heart for tryin'".

Well butter my backside and call me a biscuit, At Napoli....whoever is back in that kitchen done figured it out.  Al denté pasta, perfect mix of cheese and pepper, and as moist as aunt Tilda's backside at a 4th of July party.  It's dern perfect.  Order ya a plate with a cappuccino and watch folks walk by in the City of lights.

The restaurant looked charming. The tables outside and inside were mostly occupied. We were quickly seated and after an appropriate time left to look over the menu, our orders were taken.  I ordered the shrimp rice and I cannot express the depths of my disappointment. It looked pretty enough, even worthy of a photo, but the 28€ dish consisted of one whole overcooked, not properly cleaned shrimp in a bowl of bland tomato sauced rice with maybe ten pieces of overcooked, unflavored shrimp. I really wish that I could have given a better review. Maybe I should have gone with the pizza.

We got seafood pizza, it was spectacular! Over all amazing service! I really enjoyed the food and the whole place was super clean, nice restroom too. Great wine selection, amazing pizza selection too!

A cafe right on Av. des Ternes, Re Di Napoli has a comprehensive Italian menu. Ideally located for a stop in meal a Paris cafe experience. Menus have English translations below each item for those of us that do not speak French. My meal was the spaghetti bolognese. The sauce had a meaty flavor but I did not see much meat. The tart du jur was a fun bonus/close to the meal. May be that they are best for a coffee and pastry. The patio chairs are cushioned but mine had a hard edge under the cushion that eventually dug into my leg.

Terrible food and drinks, extremely poor service and to add injury to insult, the waiter begged us to add a tip when we paid. Shameful.

I just told a friend today that you simply could not get a bad meal in Paris. Then I slipped into Re Di Napoli (sporting its "best of" stickers all over the window) and proved myself wrong! I chose the pasta with eggplant and tomato. It was truly the worst pasta I have had in a long time. After my second glass of wine, about a tablespoon worth of salt and pepper, and 3/4 of the trivet of Parmesan cheese, it began to become edible. I'm being generous with the 3 stars because the service was great and he was so nice. And in their defense, I could have gotten the worst thing on the menu. But , I will not be coming back.

Very good food , but when we received the bill , we had tax after tax after tax. The " taxes " were significant.  Plus ,increased the cost of the wine ..Have not experienced these kind of "taxes " at other restaurants. I've never seen anything like it.   
But they didn't charge us extra for all of the gnats flying around our plates . Ever the bartender had a "fly-  knat zapper   racket" that  they continually used .

LP: Ate here on 6/17/19 during a summer vacation. Had a hard time finding the right restaurant on yelp to place my review but I loved this place so much not to pass on a great recommendation. 

Stayed at the Marriott AC Hotel down the street, walked around looking for a place to eat and so glad we found this place. The mushroom risotto is to die for, the squid ink spaghetti was done just right. 

We also ordered a pizza which was amazing and a calzone which off course came with an egg. I didn't care so much for the others as I was too busy indulging in the mushroom risotto.

We had the panna cotta and Nutella and the Nutella pizza ... both were pretty amazing!

This restaurant had take-away during COVID restaurant restrictions and is open on New Years Day. www.redinapoli.fr and @redinapoliparis. Now, the restaurant is open on the terrasse and will be able to serve inside. Hard-working staff and the owner has a great sense of humor. My pizza was tasty. My friend had the vegetarian salad which looked fabulous and she loved.
