I wrote a bit about the restaurant in my review of the hotel.   It is called Terrasse de Berthier.    Has indoor seating (bar lounge area and dining area) and outdoor terrace seating.   It was too cold to sit outside so I sat inside.  I highly recommend the breakfast buffet.  It is 13.50 Euro.   
They also have a great dinner menu and wine selection.

I had dinner on my last night in Paris here and I've never had a steak that tasted so delicious! I literally took my time and savored each bite because it was that good! I wish I had taken a photo of the dish, but I will never forget that steak!!
