My wife and I came here for a splurge dinner during a week stay in Paris. We did the plant based tasting menu and it was fabulous. We’re not strictly vegetarian, but we eat mostly vegetarian and always look for exceptional vegetarian or veggie-forward options when we travel.

This was the fanciest dinner of our trip, and it easily lived up to expectations. Each course was very thoughtful and beautifully presented. The staff were as solicitous as can be, and the chef even checked in to be sure we enjoyed the meal.

We sat near the open kitchen, which was interesting to watch: The kitchen staff worked with quiet intensity.

They offer both vegetarian and non-veggie menus.

A wonderful restaurant. Great service. Great food and drink. I had the menu with wine pairing and a cocktail to start with. While the food was good (except for the pigeon which I did not like), the wine was not exceptional. The staff were however very nice, helpful and friendly!

Now our sixth time here in four years, the first before they got the Michelin star, and it has consistently been an extraordinary experience of flavor and presentation innovation coupled with highly attentive service and food and wine combinations and storytelling.  All ingredients are sourced in France and they take pride in achieving flavors found all over the world. The beef and squid tartare with a Tonka sauce was a perfect example and one of the highlights of the tasting menu.  Go for the wine and cocktail pairing and get the cocktails to start… amazing flavors arise from ingredients you would never think to put together. This time around, in Jan 2025, it was a whole new set of innovations, they have added several “peppers” from France including one derived from dried gooseberries, and there were truffles on the walnut ice cream dessert.

Reserved a table here 3 weeks in advance for a trip from NYC to Paris. So glad I did. Food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. I ordered the veg prix fixe and my partner ordered the omnivore menu. We both preferred the veg dishes.
