I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The property is beautiful, the rooms are exquisite, and the food and drinks are wonderful. However, this property stands out from others because of the incredible staff.  Dario greeted us and set the bar high after his professional, warm welcome. He and the remainder of the staff sought to meet our every wish. We will return to Paris and we would stay no where else but here. It’s paradise.

We are having the most amazing stay in this hotel. The rooms are gorgeous and the whole hotel feels extremely luxe whilst maintaining individual character and style. Benjamin has gone above and beyond for us to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He is so knowledgeable about Paris and is so lovely and friendly. We will definitely be visiting Paris again and will be returning to this hotel!

I would say the hotel staff was excellent while we were there.  We just checked out 2 days ago and sent my daughter in today (who is abroad in Paris). She has pounds to exchange to euro. When we were at the hotel, they offered to assist us with the exchange, since they can get a better exchange rate. We had a brief stay so we had my daughter try to exchange and keep for herself. I told my daughter to ask the hotel for assistance. My daughter went in and the female duty manager (OSNA) was rude and curt with my daughter and sent her off as she instructed her to go to a bank. When I called to see why she could not help her, the manager at the desk told me she gave my daughter instructions to an office 2 blocks away to an office. This was not true.  The woman would not allow me to speak with her boss/supervisor.

We were planning on returning to the hotel in April since we had a great experience but now will not return.  Nor will we recommend the hotel.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. Great location close to the Champs Elysees. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! They helped us get settled and feel welcome after a long day of travel. Special shout outs for Mas and Ben!

We stayed in this hotel and it was truly a unique place. The interiors were well designed and artistic, the breakfast was quaint but had all the basica and quality food. The dining area was a great evening hang out and good for coffee with friends. It is an elegant space and had a great mood. I recommend inviting friends over for drinks here as the atmosphere is quite elegant.

The rooms were great, amenities were great, service was excellent. The staff are amazing and friendly. Very helpful and kind.

The location is also very central and excellent.

Highly recommended.
