We had a great time at this hotel which is directly connected to the center of Paris, has clean rooms, extremely friendly staff and very good breakfast. We were able to use the spa for about an hour over two days, but we could have used it for an hour every day as well, wanting to. Unfortunately we didn't have the time. Really positive experience, maybe the best hotel in Paris I have stayed at so far. If I were to stay in Paris, I would definitely choose them again.

Very disappointed
I chose this hotel for the spar / pool but only to find that you had to book 45mins slot only and it was fully booked out in the morning and evening so we didn’t even get to enjoy what we paid for, it dose not state on with web site of this only aware of it prior to our arrival via email through booking . Com

No information in the room.
Bathroom the hairdryer next to the toilet didn’t stretch to see in the mirror in the bathroom as it was on the other side.

Short answer is YES I would stay here again. The hotel is attractive and clean, staff helpful. The room was spacious especially considering it's a city hotel plenty of space to move around the room. A wardrobe for storage and a coffee station and kettle. The spa is a real bonus too. It's not huge so you do have to book a slot with reception but it has a pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms and a small gym for the energetic types. Location-wise, there are metro and bus stops very close by, a couple of supermarkets and bakeries, plenty of cafes and restaurants so for us it was perfect. Our room faced onto the street, but there wasn't much in the way of road noise which was good.
So all in all, a great place to stay and when we come back to Paris we hope to find a room here again.

I'll start by saying the hotel itself was actually okay - the rooms were decent and everything. But honestly, I was absolutely furious with the way we were treated by one of the receptionists, 'Feid' (I'm not even sure that's his real name). From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly rude and unhelpful, not even bothering to give us basic information about the hotel.

To make things even worse, we'd accidentally left some clothes in our room. The manager assured us they'd been found and were safe. But when we went back to get them, 'Feid' acted like he had no idea what we were talking about! He made us wait around for ages, didn't even try to look for our stuff. It was infuriating. Thankfully, another receptionist stepped in and found everything in seconds.

Honestly, I've never experienced such awful customer service. I did some digging online and it turns out other guests have had similar problems with this guy, some even accusing him of being involved in taxi scams. I can't believe the hotel is letting him get away with this.  I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here until they sort this out. It's such a shame because the hotel itself has potential.

Great location to get to anywhere in Paris. Plenty of metro stations around. Food areas are also aplenty. The hotel itself is okay. We reserved a "deluxe" room. The only deluxe thing about this room was the fact that it could sleep 3 people. It was not deluxe, no luxury about it. Infact the single room that my brother had across the room was more spacious and "deluxe" than room 303. Next time if it's 3 people, just stay in the single room as the beds are big enough to fit 3 which is what we did as the second bed was so springy that no one could sleep on it.
