Stay Away!…Poorly cooked food and strange takeaway rules!

This is a small restaurant with very cramped seating.

The beef burger was hardly cooked (bloodied) and fries were far over seasoned.  Plus, strangely they refused to allow us to take the leftover bread from our escargots home, even though we paid for it! So weird. I hope they never gave it to any other customer!

We’ve eaten here half a dozen times and always leave happy and excited to return. The local bistro feel mixed with exceptional service and home style cooking never disappoints. Their multilingual lead server is a true professional full of helpful guidance regarding the menu and tips for the French language. The steak frites is not to be missed. A must for lunch or dinner - be sure to book in advance.

Happiest meal I had during my travel to Paris. Ribeye steak, wine, potatoes, and shrimp.. each dish was just perfect and could taste the freshness of each ingredient. I still cannot believe we found this restaurant by chance. I can guarantee you will walk out happily.

Superb restaurant near the lovely Place des Vosges. Can't fault it - food, wine, service and ambience all excellent. I had chicken and chips - simple enough but rarely done so well, with beautifully juicy chicken. Creme brulee with pistachio was gorgeous, and my companions also very happy with their choices. Waiter was outstanding too.

Love love loved this restaurant. One of the highlights of Paris for me! Must try the chefs steak, pate, escargots. Beautiful meal and no frills which suits my palate. Neighborhood gorgeous as well, with bars that are amazing surrounding the area for a post meal aperitif.
