I recently had the pleasure of staying at the fjord hotel berlin, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Value for money. Very comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and only used the room to sleep really. Room could have been bigger but it was great for us. Shower was wonderful. Only 5 - 10 mins to metro stations so it was very easy to move about the city.

I had a comfortable stay at fjord hotel berlin! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious with a great variety of fresh food, fruits and eggs. I can recommend this hotel.

Clean room, limited facilities in the room, it is 10 min walking distance from bus stops, nice neighborhood. There was a construction on a nearby block  during our stay which made the walk on the pavement interrupted. Staff were amazing. although we did not ate breakfast there it looked tempting.

The lady at reception was so rude and unkind😡I asked for an extra blanket since it was so cold at night when central heating was turned off. The lady didn’t understand what I meant by blanket and she insulted me it was not blanket in German. She never tried to understand me and was resistant to give me extra blanket. I left my review in Google and I was accused for it when check out. I have traveled over 30 counties and this is first time hotel didn’t understand what I meant by blanket. They are not global standard, never tried to understand and help guests. They should know they have international guests and respect them. They were so insulting!!! It was a very unpleasant experience and they ruined my trip in Berlin.
