We had an exceptionally good stay and stayed for ten days. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore everything. The service was top-notch, and we had a lovely little apartment with a kitchen. We were very pleased with the service, and we felt completely comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Dublin, look no further. This beautiful hotel has comfortable, spacious, quiet rooms that will make you feel at home. The hotel is very clean and up to date. The full kitchen is fantastic especially if staying more than a couple days. There is also a separate seating area with a small couch. Loved the all in one washer dryer, just set and forget and the load is done. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Wifi worked well and they were able to provide us with an adapter plug to borrow during our stay as we had brought the wrong kind. This hotel is in a fantastic location. The Temple bar (a large area of shops, dining, and pubs) was just across one of the walking bridges. You will use your key card to access the front door, elevator, and your room of course so it is very secure and made coming and going after hours a breeze. We felt very safe in the location even while walking alone at night or very early in the am when there is barely a soul on the streets. Of the 5 countries we visited, we found the people of Ireland the most friendly. We had the pleasure of also staying at one of their sister hotels in London during our trip and it was just as fab. I would highly recommend not only this hotel but any in their chain should you happen to visit a local with one of their locations.

The room is well equipped, modern, comfortable and was immaculately clean. There is a gym and a cafe. Beds are comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is very central. We got the Dublin Express bus from the airport and it was a 5 minute walk to the apartment from the bus stop. Great place to stay if you like to do your own cooking and even has a washing machine for your clothes. Highly recommended.

Absolutely great in EVERY way.
Rooms were amazing. Very clean and finished so well. Everything you needed was in the room.
Staff were exceptional. Couldn't have help anymore.
Chromecast on the TV was a great surprise.
Didn't use the gym due to not having the clothes for it but it was kitted out well.
Worth every penny.
Would recommend and stay again.

Location is wonderful.  We have stayed here 3-4 times in the past few years.  This time, even though the room description I chose included a washer/dryer, the website now has a caveat that you must request a washer/dryer (not on the actual reservation page mind you!)  I chose the room type based on the description at reservation, and they did not deliver.  They do offer a communal laundry, but every time we have used this we have noted that it does not get cleaned by the staff.  It really is gross.  I sent an email to the hotel after not being able to reach anyone via phone and as of yet, still have not heard from anyone.
