This is a great place for a roast dinner. My partner, her father and myself went during the Christmas period. Even though it was fully booked, it never seemed busy and the waitress was very polite and helpful - I cant recall her name but she was so observant but only came to ask for help when she noticed a drink was finished or if we looked for her. The food was fantastic; opted for the deep fried mac and cheese, roast beef dinner with a side of onion rings and finished with a salted caramel espresso martini. One of the few places I'd say is 10/10 in Dublin.

I highly recommend this place, it's a testament to the delicious food Ireland has to offer. I had the best potato cream soup and sticky toffee pudding in there. Very cozy place with great service. I'd go there again if I have the chance to come back to Dublin.

Really delicious food in a cozy but refined atmosphere. We went on NYE and felt very well taken care of. Lovely selection of gin and tonics. Minimum order of one main dish per person (this is clearly stated on the menu) so be aware if you tend to split a main dish.

This place has been a fave spot for us since we live near. It’s more of a 4.5 star than a 4.

I used to come here for around 3 times but have always been seated in the bar area even for dining as it’s always packed. Last night, my bf was able to book us a place in the dining area. And I love it!

The ambience is lovely, it’s traditional and chic at the same time! The service is great, they’re friendly and also gives you space (not too much attention).

We started with the ox tail soup and slow braised beef ragu. I thought I was gonna be full with the size of my ragu, but I wasn’t! It’s a great starter - pasta and taste are exquisite.

My personal favourite is the codfish! My bf had the chicken supreme and he surprisingly loved the side dish, cabbage!

I gave a 4 star for the food because the dessert was alright, and my bf and I love our dessert time. But the Toffee pudding was a bit salty & kinda bitter. They came to ask at the end how’s our meal and if something was wrong since we didn’t touch the pudding, we honestly gave feedback and also said that that’s probably how it’s supposed to taste but we just have different preference. They kindly removed it from our bill even if we say we don’t mind. She said no, “If we didn’t enjoy it, we shouldn’t pay for it.” which I was impressed with, a true 5-star. Overall, amazing!

This place had Michelin recommendations for a reason . The food is top notch but do expect to be priced on the higher side. I had oysters as starter. They are quite small but the garlic chili sauce complements it very well. For the same price, you should get the muscles for starter. Big plate of muscles and bread to mop up the sauce. I also had pork chop, huge plate. Tender pork chop, and very smooth. The sauce was well balanced, not overpowering the meat. Very quick and friendly service. They can take as many payments as we want but we have to do the calculation on what we are ourselves. There's a service charge.
