This absolutely gorgeous palace is worth the effort to visit. I had never heard of it until stumbling upon it through some research related to famous movie locations. It is a hidden gem! Where is the marketing? The public needs to know about it. It is apparent that the facilities are in some need of maintenance and repair, and I'm sure the funds brought in by some good campaigns would make this a sustainable endeavor. It is a treasure that beautifully represents an integral part of Italy's history and is worth preserving.

Absolutely amazing museum! Inside is so historical and beautiful! 🤩 The lobby of the museum is also great… it have restaurants, souvenirs and much other.  The gardens outside are amazing! Easy transfer with bus, but you can walk down without bus. Unfortunately I was unable to see the gardens because they closed in front of us…

A must visit whilst in Caserta!
The palace is incredible & the tour includes many rooms. Better to get a combined ticket to see the gardens too.
The walk up to the top of the gardens is lovely, past huge carp ponds & fountains, there are plenty of photo opportunities.
For anyone not wanting to walk, there is a bus that takes you to the top & back.
The English Gardens are also worth a visit. There's a cafe at the palace rear entrance & a small one at the top of the gardens. Toilets are also available & kept very clean.

The biggest palace in the world is truly worth a visit. They say it’s the Versailles of Italy but it’s even bigger. It might be a little rough around the edges but it’s truly something I will never forget. I learned so much going around and seeing how they lived.

After seeing the park and English Garden we first had a snack in the cafe and bathroom break. It’s a bit creepy but the lights turn on eventually.

It’s so cool to be where they filmed the TV show The Great!

How they built the palace is also shown and indeed it is a masterpiece in architecture and engineering. Seriously!

How did the royals live in such a massive place? It boggles my mind and fascinates me at the same time. Everything from the walls, floors and ceilings is decorated.

It is one of the most beautiful places I've seen. It's huge and takes time around 2 hours to see inside everything. There are royal rooms that were the most interesting and big library, which consisted of three rooms and ancient collections of books. There is a huge garden as well, but it could be in better condition.
