I was assigned a room on the first floor, but there was a lot of noise, such as music and footsteps. The hotel has trained professional staff and is friendly. However, I asked for water twice at breakfast, but I didn't receive it, and our food was served after 35 minutes due to staff error. The village of Labello is very pretty and the hotel site is beautifully decorated, but I won't be visiting Belmond next time.

Over rated.
Some rooms are incredibly noisy because the restaurant is on top of them. Stomping footsteps and moving furniture at all hours of the night. This happened although our only request at checkin was a quiet room.

Babysitters are paid nothing but hotel charges 10x their rates.

Shuttle to the water sometimes is delayed an hour or more.

I do not recommend this property unless your whole goal is a selfie at the pool (nice view)

The best from the best. High attention to details. Amazing staff. Beautiful, high-standard rooms. Delicious breakfast and lunch. Great bar. Incredible infinite pool.

It is high price but worth it. Staff makes this hotel incredible. We’ve enjoyed every moment (got also free upgrade) and will return for sure.

Even if you can't afford the nightly rate for a room, stop by and have a drink and maybe a meal. On a beautiful sunny afternoon we stopped by the pool area and enjoyed a few drinks and lunch. The service and food was excellent and the view, simply amazing. Recommended

My husband and I did not stay at the hotel, but only went to Caruso's grill for dinner. The view and the restaurant itself was beautiful, however you definitely pay for the views. We would say the food was good, but nothing special and it was our most expensive meal of our trip while also one of our least favorites. Would try somewhere else before going back
