We visited this place extremely close to their closing time, but the friendly welcome from the staff showed us they were more than happy to serve us and after reading other reviews we were very glad.

We were looking for lasagne as it was highly recommended, the staff were very polite and attentive, we weren't that hungry but fancied some olives too and they provided us with a small portion and some extra bits on the house.

The setting of the restaurant is very quaint, a tiny door leading down a set of steps into a small dining area of approximately 15-20 seats, nicely decorated and clean.

The food came out very quickly and was extremely tasty. We were not disappointed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

They took their time to chat with us despite the proximity to closing time and provide an overall pleasant dining experience.

We went here on a Saturday night without a reservation, but received a warm welcome to the one table left. It’s a small restaurant, but full of delicious food, wine, and great service. Highly recommend and recommend reservations - we got lucky.

The food, ambiance, and overall vibe were outstanding. The restaurant offers a cozy, homely atmosphere and serves quintessential Italian dishes.

We began with the Panzanella paired with a glass of locally sourced, medium-bodied dry wine. Next, we enjoyed the Gnocchi and the Cacio e Pepe. To finish, we indulged in both the classic and pistachio tiramisus, which were arguably the best we’ve ever had. Compliments to the chef and the staff for an exceptional experience.

This place is a true hidden gem. With only 5-6 tables available, making a reservation is highly recommended.

The true definition of a hidden gem. I had a solo lunch here in November and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. My limencello spritz was poured strong, the bruschetta was simple and flavourful, and the antipasto board was full of variety. I tried the pistachio tiramisu, while delicious, it was very rich. I was the only person inside for the majority of my time, and sat close enough that I got to see everything being freshly prepared.

This is a true Italian experience, off the beaten path. I do think the server and chef might have been sh*t talking me in Italian a little for being a tourist, but I didn't mind hahah. That's a part of travel!
