Had a wonderful 4 night stay here. Service was great. The standard double room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is convenient and easily accessible to the metro/public transportation, and is close by to lots of food/drink options. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We are from the US and stayed for two nights in a one-bedroom suite. This hotel was very nice, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was included on the 5th floor, offering a great variety of eggs, bacon, yogurt, pastries, cereal, meats, cheeses, and various coffee options. In the evening, the fifth floor turns into a bar with finger foods, and it’s absolutely gorgeous up there at night!

The Colosseum and Palatine Hill are just down the street, along with plenty of dining options nearby. We’re very happy with our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it!

Lovely room with beautiful bathroom.

Very disappointed that a 4 star hotel in 2025 provides guests with plastic cups instead of glass in the rooms.

I stayed here two nights and it’s a good location, being about 15-20 min walk to the main railway station and about 10 minutes down to the Colosseum. I also walked to the Trevi Fountain in 20 min. The room was very quiet, a single and very small but it was clean, with a super comfortable bed and very clean bathroom with fairly new fittings. They may have done some recent renovations? There was also a mini- bar fridge and kettle for coffee. Only drawbacks were a wonky, loose power point near the bed which was a bit dodgy for recharging devices, and no black tea bags, only herbal. You will have to bring your own! The staff were very friendly and helpful with the exception of a grumpy dude who didn’t want to replace milk for the fridge. They also have a lift which was great for suitcases. There was no restaurant but breakfast was available on the top floor and was really good with a lot of choices. Sadly no low fat milk which was annoying if you don’t handle high fat foods. The hotel is also close to a lot of restaurants so plenty of eating out available. Was also close to pick up points for some of the day trip buses, which was a plus!

Not even near four stars. Closer to two. Rooftop is nice, rooms less so. You could hear people go to and flushing their toilets next door... We stayed in room 603.

Asked for a late checkout. the room was not booked after us according to the first staff, and he asked how long we wanted to stay. I replied if it was ok to stay a couple of hours. Then the lady manager in reception asked for 60 euros. Clearly the reply that the room was booked is not true (why ask for payment for a late checkout, if the room is booked?). Not a good look, and that reflects on the place tbh. The other staff was ok. I probably wouldn't have written anything as i rarely review, but this was a bit rich.

Anyway, location is the redeeming quality for a quick visit, right between Termini and Colosseum. Not staying here next time though.
