Had a fantastic experience at this elegant, thoughtfully curated spot in the heart of Rome. We chose the 5 courses menu with wine pairings, and each dish was delicate yet packed with bold flavors. Usually, I’m skeptical about tiramisu in restaurants, but the one at Pulejo was delightful, staying true to classic flavors with a creative twist. The wine pairings were spot-on, and I appreciated the sommelier’s patience in suggesting alternative options for the dessert pairing. Meeting the chef at the end of the meal was a lovely touch, as he personally checked in with each guest. A rare and much-appreciated gesture. Overall, this was definitely one of my top fine dining experiences of the year.

One of the best dinners in the whole life. Chef is the best! For sure you must visit this place.
And if you are going to visit it first time, don’t try to choose something by menu, take one of the sets by chef, you’ll be surprised how great are them, how tasty food can be and how unexpected it can be cooked and served. It was unbelievable what we’ve got. I’ll definitely come again on next trip to Rome

One of the best restaurants that we ever tried! We got the Crepuscolo menu and all was delicious, without any small problems. The atmosphere is cosy and not too formal. The staff is friendly. Hope to come back soon.
