Amazing hotel!

Wonderful location in heart of Rome.
Room was super comfy, clean and fresh.
Staff is kind, professional with high service consciousness.
Breakfast was soooo delicious and rich.
Already missing it….

I recently stayed at this four-star hotel, though, in my opinion, it could easily be rated five stars. However, with the current standard of service in many European hotels, it’s hard to see a clear distinction between them. A few issues left me underwhelmed, particularly considering the cost of €790 per night.

Firstly, the check-out time is quite early—10 or 11 AM—while breakfast ends at 10 AM. This doesn’t allow for a relaxed morning, which I would expect at a high-end hotel. Additionally, the hotel only provides complimentary water on the first day. After that, you are required to pay for it, which feels excessive given the room rate.

In the room, the only coffee option was decaf, and no milk was provided. When I inquired at Reception, I was told that decaf was all they had. Thankfully, room service was able to bring me regular coffee and milk upon request, but it’s disappointing that this wasn’t a standard offering.

Frankly, there is little to distinguish this hotel from others priced at around €200 per night, with high rating and four stars hotels, where such basic amenities like water, coffee, and milk are provided without issue. For a luxury stay, I expect the hotel to prioritize comfort without nickel-and-diming guests over water or other simple requests. Offering complimentary water, extending breakfast hours, and being more flexible with check-out times—perhaps until 11:30 AM or noon—would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

I will be returning to Rome in October, but unfortunately, I have chosen a different accommodation due to these inconveniences during my stay.

What a great hotel! Rooms are super comfy. Very friendly service throughout the hotel. Superb location.

One minor note: I’d generally prefer higher water pressure from the shower (but then it would probably be flooding?).

Everything was perfect. The staff were so helpful and kind and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and so clean with art all around. The bathrooms are spacious and the water pressure and temperature were pefect. Breakfast was amazing. And you can get a better location. Best hotel ive stayed in in Rome🇮🇹❤️

A hotel with a rainbow! Great experience all around from the welcoming front desk staff to the spacious rooms with abundant closets, luxurious bathroom and charming rooftop bar where we were able to catch a rainbow while enjoying cocktails. Each morning, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with engaging staff who truly enjoyed providing a great guest experience. Location is definitely five stars as well; so convenient to everything. Molto bello hotel!
