We are literally at the door and waiting for the restaurant to finish its internal “briefing” for the waitresses. They haven’t let us in and we are here just 10 minutes earlier than our reservation time. Haven’t even tried their food or seen the ambience yet. Such a funny service for a 3 star Michelin restaurant which making its customers wait outside :)

If u are in Milan you just have to make an reservation for this restaurant . It definitely has made it into my top 10 list of my best restaurant to dine in the world . There are many ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Michelin restaurant but not all are equal . Enrico is definitely one of those that your palate will be blown away by his genius cooking technique and flavor . His palate is working towards the acidity side but is not as acidic as those in the Scandinavian continent . The complex taste makes his cuisines ever so tasty and memorizing . Those who are able to get a seating count yourself lucky 😉
