Excellent central location, lovely views of cathedral, the room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated.
Fixtures and furniture are a high standard. Lovely welcome from the staff who were accommodating to give us a later check out free of charge because one of us wasn't feeling well on our final day. Housekeeping team also very polite and very good at their job. Would recommend and look forward to staying again!

I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone! This is such a central place to all the top spots to see as well as for shopping. Upon arrival, hostess Daniele had us sit down and relax; she offered us some wine while she explained the check-in and check-out procedures. It was such an easy process, and the accommodations were extremely comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and would bring more people. Thank you so much!

Great overall experience. All of the staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and neat. The location is central enough so can walk to all of the main attractions and there are great restaurants in the area away from the main attractions.

I had a wonderland 3 night stay in this beautiful hotel situated just round the corner from piazza Santa Croce. The room was just perfect and I was surprised how quiet it was in that part of the building, considering the central location. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely go back soon. Highly recommended.

Wish we could've stayed longer than one night. This hidden gem of Florence has immaculate interior decoration, separate shower and bath with jets, and a private terrace for enjoying breakfast or what not. The beds were also very comfortable and with wooden shutters it allows for eliminating all light while sleeping. Will have to visit again when we return to Tuscany. Hotel is also conveniently located next to the pickup point for the Viator pizza and gelato class and the leather district. We enjoyed the morning seeing the works of art in leather in the form of fashion. It's convenient to reach here either by taxi or bus.
