I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Da Bruno, right  in the heart of Venice, and it was truly a delightful experience.

From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff made us feel at home, offering helpful tips and ensuring our stay was comfortable.

The location is perfect — just a short walk from  St. Mark’s Square or the Rialto Bridge, making it easy to explore the city’s beauty. The rooms were cozy, well-maintained, Venetian style decorated, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing.

One of the highlights of our stay was the simple and delicious breakfast. It was the perfect way to start the day!

If you’re looking for a lovely, centrally located hotel with excellent service , I highly recommend Hotel Da Bruno.

I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Venice!

Beautiful clean rooms and the hotel staff are gems💎. right next to the Rialto bridge, it was not expensive at all. Great hotel ran by honest people and I will definitely come back! Greetings from Flanders 🇧🇪

Great location, we stayed in an apartment.
3rd floor with no lift - not recommended for elderly due to stairs…….steep and small stairwell

Fantastic staff, apartment, location, supermarket nearby, lots if restaurants nearby - could not fault it…..

Stairs need some maintenance due to wear and tear over the years - steps are worn and not level/flat - they lean forward which is dangerous when walking downstairs…….

My mother and I had stayed here when we visited Venice.  This hotel is wonderful and is run by saints.  My mother had gotten sick with and very bad flu and they helped us get her medical care. They were so caring and treated us like family.  On top of that it’s everything else you could hope for in a dream hotel - location, beautiful and clean, incredible breakfast. I hope to return one day and until then on behalf of my mother and I we send a giant message or appreciation for all of your help.

Breakfast was great.
Hot water (tea/coffee), microwave available near reception.
Hot shower 24x7.
Heater in rooms(good for cold winter nights)
Beds were comfortable.
Staff was kind.

-Hotel is located close to major attractions. -You may use water bus from Venezia S L station 9.5 euro (valid for 75 mins) to come.
-Hotel was clean but as expected a little smaller as compared to hotels in Rome, Florence.
-No elevator but the staff helped us to put luggage in our room (maybe you need to manage by yourself depending on your checkout timing)
-Since the hotel is on the main street and we got the front side room, it was noisy as we could hear people chatting and drinking in nearby restaurants. Maybe it will be better to ask for corner rooms (not on front side)
