Nice size rooms, though I can't say the same for the pillows, but otherwise, great. Nice deep soaker tubs, and nice bathrobes.

Can't beat the location, 3 min walk to the Zuid train / metro station. 15 minutes to the centre via the metro that runs every minute, as this is a main hub. 12 minutes on the train, non-stop to the airport.

Staff are helpful and friendly.

Good hotel room with proper accommodations. Easy access to train station though I would recommend tram instead. Food at the bar was good but slightly limited. Bike and umbrella rental available at lobby. Very nice view from our room.

This is our second stay here and we're so glad we did again. The rooms are bright, roomy, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great with lots of options including cook to order omelets and eggs, breads and pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cereal options. The bar and bartenders are helpful and drinks are good. The Japanese restaurant is also very good with fresh seafood. We especially like the service and staff who go out of their way to be helpful and address issues. We had one with the blower on the HVAC unit being loud. They came and fixed the problem best they could as it needs a part to be replaced but it's working and much quieter. Location is more a business district but public transit is a few minutes away to walk to and get to wherever you want to go. It's become our go to hotel when visiting Amsterdam. And it's always been very quiet. Walls are thick. Definitely recommend it.

While the location of this hotel is good for a business trip to Amsterdam’s “Zuidas” business district, really that’s all. By no means this hotel is close to the city center.

The rooms, their furniture and everything else are just so standard, so tasteless, with so little sense of style; a missed opportunity that really should not to be in 2025. Look at much more affordable hotels in Amsterdam that also have four stars such as the Tribute Portfolio Apollo Hotel, that surpasses the Crowne Plaza easily in terms of style, delight, and guest dedication.

The staff at the Crowne Plaza was not very helpful changing my checkout date which was done only after repeatedly asking and pushing… Not very pleasant. Throughout my stay one elevator did not work which caused long wait times and no sign of a repair done anytime soon.

I had to stay here due to a business agreement and I was hoping for a pleasant surprise. It sadly did not materialize.

Due to my IHG membership, I received an upgrade to my booking. I have stayed in this hotel a few times in the past and I noticed that an upgrade does not mean an improved room experiance. We were allocated to room 823. Nice enough room. However, our sleep was disturbed due to the noise from the lifts. This happened to me before and I realised that this is company policy. If upgrading an occupant to a higher standard room, give the worse of the higher standard rooms ie the room beside the lift, or beside the train track, etc. I won't be returning to this hotel ever again. We got 'DONE' by the Q car park located under the hotel. 85 euro for an over night. The hotel staff did provide a QR code to avail the discounted 35 euro deal, but that didn't work and we had to pay 85 euro to park the car in an almost empty car park. I wont be 'DONE' again. On the positive, the staff are very friendly and pleasent to deal with.
