Great location. Great size rooms. Lovely old renovated hotel done tastefully. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.
Shower leaked on the floor was the only downsize. Would definitely stay again.

Booked 3 night stay, we left after 2 nights. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the room was unbearably warm even with the windows opened. The shower was also very poor. The location is good, and the breakfast was decent.

Breakfast is cozy and nice. Very good staff although rooms and facilities are very limited. It is very conveniently located though although on Agoda they are known as Augustin Hotel but it's actually Hotel Heimen. So please note and don't walk for endless rounds trying to find it. It looks like a restaurant from the sides. Very near to the harbour and food views. Staff are very obliging and helped us with faulty equipment and hairdryer. Where staff at other hotels kept gaping/looking at foreign visitors without a smile, this one doesn't bat an eyelid and helped us regardless.

Located 5 minutes walk from the famous fish market. There are shops, pubs and restaurants around the hotel as well.
We've stayed twice in this hotel as Bergen was the starting and ending point of our round trip. Both rooms were very good and comfortable. Breakfast wad very good as well. The only downside that there is no parking that belongs to the hotel. The hotel provides a discount for a close by parking (5 minutes walk from the hotel). In case you travel with a car, I suggest first dropping the luggage at the hotel and then parking, because the streets are paved with cobble stone and rolling suitcases on that isn't an enjoyable experience.

Horrible. The room does not look like the picture when booked. Horrible interior room with view of wall. Dump hotel. The person at reception was not nice. This is supposed to be a luxury hotel. It looks like a budget hotel with cheap IKEA furniture. They said they would give me a nice room and give me their worst room.
In the room is tea and no milk. After one horrible night, the window leaked because it could not close properly and there were loud noises from outside.
